Paolo was an amazing host! Super responsive and friendly! There isn’t a ton to do in the area but it is a great spot to stay in to visit Rome. The train station is a 10-15 mins walk and the bus station is just down the hill at the main road! Super clean! Beautiful plants and a lovely pool!

Stefano is a very kind and helpful host, he gave us many useful and clear directions. The apartment is close to the Olympic area and the Italic Forum (I recommend it for those who have to go to Rome for sporting events in that area). Easy to reach from downtown by car. Clean apartment, kitchen useful for those like us who preferred to take food away and eat at home. Quiet and nice area not to be underestimated, a 24-hour supermarket is useful at any time.

The property is located within the Olympic village, a quiet area compared to the chaos of the city center. The location is perfect for reaching the Olympic Stadium and the Foro Italico on foot. Easily accessible by public transport from the city center, the accommodation is super comfortable and well maintained. Merit note for the hosts, super kind and helpful in meeting the needs of guests. Highly recommended!

A 100% recommended stay. Irene welcomes you very kindly and a willingness to help you on your itinerary. The place is very clean, cozy and with a lot of things for comfort. 5 min there is metro and bus stop that make it easy to get everywhere.

Francisco was a very communicative and kind host. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine, but the shower was very small so I wouldn’t recommend if you get claustrophobic. Very conveniently close to the train station, It can also be a little loud with the sound of the streets at night if you keep the window open, which we did since it was hot out.

Staying with Ivano and Tehri was an amazing choice. The B&B was the perfect mix for a stay between city and countryside. They were incredible welcoming and willing to make the best of your stay. I had dinner with them and the family and they picked me up from the station multiple times. All in all, incredibly kind, welcomiming and supportive people. I highly reccomend Ivano and Tehri!

an isolated cottage but very nicely equipped and very good for relaxation. The pool was a highlight for the kids and adults alike. Great play area in the garden for the kids. Very nice view of the mountains. Definitely recommended for families who need some rest. The car ride to the beach was a bit exhausting but doable. About 1 hour.

She gave us a room tour and gave some tips on transportation to places of interest, it's definitely worth the price, if I ever go back to Rome, I'll definitely look for her! Thisexperiencein the bungalow was nothing short of fantastic! Our compliments go first to Paola,a very kind and friendly,friendly and fun person with whom we had a good time from the beginning, she was always very kind and available to welcome us in her beautiful bungalow, accurate to the smallest details. We sincerely hope to come back and repeat the experience, also exchanging 4 more conversations with the friendly Paola. Highly recommended.

Great place for a week in the city

Massimo's home was a nice place to relax after a busy day in nearby Rome. The location is really decent if you don't mind a short car then train ride. The train one-way to Rome Termini was 2.50 euro and 30 mins. The room and bathroom were lovely and private, exactly as described and in photos. In the room is a fridge and microwave, tv with Netflix. The cappuccino every morning was really amazing and they did offer a typical Italian breakfast but I didn't eat much too early. My stay was shorter than expected and he approved my early check-out and help me organize a taxi to get to the airport as needed. Massimo was so gracious and flexible to drop me off to Frascati station and pick me up as needed. He was incredibly responsive and welcoming. The train station was very accessible and felt safe and clean. The lovely, peaceful town of Frascati near the airbnb was complete with shops, restaurants and gelato.

Elisa is very welcoming and the bed is very comfortable. Close to the sea and accessible by bus from Rome. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and a supermarket. A little noisy road right next door.

My daughter and I stayed at Charlotte’s for 4 nights on our first trip to Rome. Charlotte was incredibly helpful with directions and information before we even left home. When we arrived, the place was exactly as described with easy transport links to the city centre. We had a perfect stay and I would definitely stay at Charlotte’s if I visited Rome again.
