Farmstay holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Rome Capital

Thank you to Edoardo for his courtesy and efficiency, always ready to help when requested. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. Perfect for me who had to do some work waiting for my son to finish his sailing cruise. Quiet and fast connection even if with some , rare, instability. In this case, too, Edoardo immediately offered to change the router, which I did not consider necessary. Just one warning, you must have a means of transport because stores, bars and restaurants are a few kilometers away.

Amazing place very close to Rome. Feels like the middle of the countryside, there are even chickens running about. Quiet and peaceful, yet only walking distance from restaurants and shops. There is a tennis clubs and gym just up the road, too. Easy access to via Appia Antica and to Rome city centre. Very friendly host

Simona was a great host and lovely house only thing I would note is that you do require a car to be able to get around to any local areas.

Top vacations, we stayed in this beautiful villa. Large with lots of beds, two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi. Very large garden. Behind the house a very large but above all fenced field, for those like us who travel with dogs is the ideal place. Everything is well cared for and a garden available with lots of tomatoes, vegetables and fresh basil. In the evening we always had dinner on the porch behind the villa where we enjoyed the cool evening. Unfortunately, we did not meet him in person, but we were always in touch by phone and he was very attentive to our stay. We'll definitely be back. There were 6 of us and two dogs and the rooms were advancing. Negative note, when you leave you miss the house. Thank you Paolo

Simple fins cottage, with lots of charm in enchanting quiet surroundings. Terhi and Ivano are wonderful hosts and were always there for us with support and help. We got great tips for excursions and lots of information for visiting Rome. The accommodation is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet Rome center is easily accessible by train and in the area there are many more wonderful destinations for activities. The cottage has everything you need. In case of any issues or questions, the two hosts are available at any time. We wholeheartedly recommend staying with Terhi and Ivano.

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.

Adriano has been such a lovely host with us! Super welcoming, friendly, available and flexible! The villa was like a dream for us: immersed in a hill of olive trees, peaceful, with such a wonderful view of the valley and containing a piece of history, which could only be the cherry on top. We all loved it! Totally recommended! Especially if you are looking for a relaxing time and want to get a break from the chaotic and stressful routine of the city life :) Hope to come back soon, Adriano!

The place is beautiful, the park is very well kept, the house is comfortable: if you want to relax a stone's throw from Rome, this is the perfect place. Alessandro was very present and punctual.

We had a wonderful week in Stéphane's lovely house. The house was renovated with respect and an eye for the original architectural style, which made it both charming and cozy. The view was fantastic, and the pool was the icing on the cake for our 3 children. It was wonderful to be able to live in peace and quiet in the countryside, and at the same time so close to the vibrant life of Rome. Stéphane was a really good, friendly and welcoming host who both before our stay and along the way did his utmost to make sure we had the best holiday.

Claudia’s place is truly delightful and our stay was outstanding from arrival until departure. The host was very responsive and answered questions before the stay clearly and concisely. The home is large, beautiful, with stunning picturesque views across the property’s olive grove and beyond. Claudia’s hospitality was amazing; Check in was very easy and we were even greeted with an unexpected gift full of amazing home made delicious pastries, local honey, olive oil, home made bread and more. You can easily reach the Eternal City in less than an hour by car and then return home after a busy day to the tranquillity and charm of Claudia’s country farm. There are many places to visit in the area including the quaint hamlet of Farfa, with it’s local shops, bars, restaurants and the Benedictine Monastery, where chef Jamie Oliver once cooked for the Friars. This is by far the best Airbnb I have been to and would I highly recommend it

Secluded villa with stunning gardens and a lovely pool. Although pool not heated, it’s fine in summer. The houses are quaint with classic Italian style (lots of beige / browns and knick knacks.) The place is huge and the gardens are just stunning, loads of outdoor space to relax or have dinner. Location a little tricky to find as gps maps doesn’t recognise the address. Bernado was on hand to answer all our questions throughout our stay. All in all great trip.

jessica's stay at Pecci Ranch was great. The room is comfortable with the en-suite bathroom, the fresh air while in Rome it was dying of heat (16th in July at night!) , 5 minutes from the center of Tagliacozzo where you can find excellent restaurants and also a lively programming of summer events. Also near the Ranch there is a pool, padel fields, horseback riding and there is about half an hour by car from the Sanctuary of the Holy Trinity where you can spend hiking. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect, lovely rooms and amazing spa. Professional massage therapists and lovely host. The room was modern,cozy and intimate… perfect if you need to take a break from the city or if you want to enjoy the lakes around it. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t charge our electric car because the charging station wasn’t working. But we will be back 100% ! We loved it

Highly Recommend Beautiful Merumalia Vineyard! Why stay in the bustle of Rome when you can unwind just a short train ride away in beautiful Frascati at the stunning Merumalia Vineyard & Agricultural Society? Enjoy the peace, views, and hospitality of this organic boutique winery. Giulia, along with sister Flavia and mother MariaTeresa, welcomed us warmly to a spacious, comfortable apartment and were incredibly responsive with local tips. We chose Merumalia to end an extended tour thanks to its easy access to Fiumicino Airport. Though we missed the hosted dinner, we loved the fragrant grounds, breathtaking sunsets, and panoramic views of Rome and the surrounding hills. Frascati itself is a gem—full of charm and flavor. Make Merumalia your relaxing base for exploring Rome, and return each day to the serenity of the vineyard.

This place is an older family home, it is authentic and rustic, but it has everything you need. The entire property was clean and well kept. Marcos and his family personally showed us the house and details, so everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was great for cooking meals, stop at the store before and enjoy the quiet. The views were amazing and very worth it.

Some guests of our wedding have stayed here to avoid tiring back late at night. They were all very satisfied with the accommodation. Recommended.

We were welcomed by Gianluca and Silvia with extraordinary kindness and availability, we immediately felt at home, inviting us to aperitifs and dinner together as if we were lifelong friends. Location really well maintained and clean. The house is tidy and very clean and its location offers you several choices to visit with restaurants that are not bad and beaches that are both equipped and not if you want to have a little more privacy and relaxation. Thanks again for everything guys, we'll be back to see you very soon. Absolutely worth trying.

We loved our stay here! Perfect place to stay if you’re renting a car. It’s easy to go to and from all around Rome and a quick 20 minute drive to the airport to access the train into the city. This apartment is like a beautiful regret and is seriously so gorgeous!! Great hosts and lots of history on the property. Can’t recommend enough.

A little paradise! Peaceful place, very well maintained, refreshing, pretty. The cottage is very nice and decorated with taste. The bedding is great. The pool is beautiful. The park is beautiful Giulio and Mariangela are adorable and very responsive to our requests. We loved our stay and being able to swim after a hectic day in Rome or elsewhere. (despite the steep slope and stairs to the pool!) Come, you won't be disappointed!
