Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Rome dans un quartier calme. Le logement de Fulvia était spacieux, très propre, très bien agencé et équipé, et très confortable. Fulvia nous a très bien accueilli et a toujours été disponible pour nous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans son logement. Merci Fulvia !

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

Very comfortable stay, booked 4 nights and definitely enjoyed the stay. Simple apartment with a nice public terrace (nobody really used it when we did, so felt like we had it all to ourselves). Right next to a gym for those who needs to workout on vacation. Andrea was extremely helpful and a great host. Location of the apartment is just few mins walk to the Colleseum & 15-20 mins bus ride away to city centre.

I booked this place for 5 days, but unfortunately had to leave shortly after checking in due to a family emergency—my husband was taken to the hospital, and I had to leave right away. When I returned, I spoke with the owner, Mario, and offered to pay for additional days. To my surprise, he was incredibly kind and told me not to worry, refusing to charge me extra. His compassion and understanding meant so much to me during such a difficult and emotional time. Although I didn’t get the chance to fully enjoy my stay, I could see that the place was clean, peaceful, and very well taken care of. The location is great and the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. But above all, it was Mario’s kindness that stood out the most. It’s rare to meet people in hospitality who are so genuinely caring and human. I’m truly grateful for how he treated me, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place run by someone with a big heart.

Beautiful and charming space! We appreciated the welcome drinks. The laundry room is right next door and it was convenient to be able to wash clothes. The elevator is nice if you are traveling with luggage too. The building is very quiet and safe. The place had a ton of room for 3 people. The book of instructions and recommendations for restaurants was so helpful and we enjoyed them! Showers were hot for 3 people. Wonderful stay with shopping and restaurants near by. Would highly recommend!

Great Airbnb and extremely response host. Check in process was easy. Very convenient location with nearby bus and train stations. Clean accommodation and the steam shower was great! Highly recommended when visiting Rome. Wish we could have stayed longer than one night!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Doch für jeden der Dorthin fährt würde ich empfehlen ein Fahrrad oder Auto zu mieten, da der Weg zum einkaufen schon etwas länger ist. Wir sind auch mit Fahrrad zur Bahn gefahren um damit nach Rom zu fahren, weil mal der Bus nicht kam. Doch für ein Strand Urlaub ist die Unterkunft toll.

Daniela è stata molto disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Io, mia moglie e 2 nostri amici abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni, ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa, Daniela ci ha accolto di persona soddisfando in pieno le nostre aspettative. In zona ci sono ristoranti familiari e un supermercato. Per i trasferimenti noi abbiamo utilizzato il bus e la metro senza nessun problema. In cortile è disponibile il posto auto dedicato. Consigliato.

Sonia and Luca were such thoughtful and welcoming hosts—they truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, they took the time to walk us through the apartment, share helpful tips about the neighborhood, and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and easy stay. The apartment itself was a gem—modern, beautifully set up, and incredibly child-friendly. It had everything we could have hoped for, especially for our little toddler who absolutely loved it! There were toys, space to play, and such a calm, peaceful atmosphere—perfect for families looking to unwind away from the city’s usual bustle. Everything felt so well thought-out and fully equipped. Vi hadde et flott opphold! Takterassen var perfekt for frukost og et glass på ettermiddagen før vi gikk ut for å spise på noen av de lokale restaurantene.

Sabrina is a very friendly and helpful host. Thank you for always being available to respond. We had a peaceful stay, it was easy to get around with the bus stop near the appartement and the metro to visit Roma. Everything was well explained to check-in and find the place.

Die Wohnung war in einer sehr schönen Umgebung mit vielen kleinen netten Restaurants und Bars. Fußläufig. zur spanischen Treppe war es circa 1 km, was aber schnell gelaufen ist. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind. Thai Massage, Pediküre, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, alles direkt um die Ecke. Einfach perfekt für einen Kurztripp nach Rom.

Flat was great comfortable everything we needed was there excellent roof top terrace and gym only thing was air conditioning wasn’t working and weather was hot apart from that everything else was great

The place is great and accurately described. Super walkable (to different neighborhoods too) and easy to access. Michelle was great and super helpful. FYI, the washer/dryer is a combined unit so loads can take awhile.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento molto accogliente e ben arredato. C’è stato sempre un supporto immediato per ogni richiesta che abbiamo fatto. Ritornerò sicuramente da Fabrizio e lo consiglio davvero.

An unforgettable stay in a cozy , beautiful home I had the pleasure of staying at this absolutely charming Airbnb, and it truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, I felt right at home. The place is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. It's clear that the host has put a lot of thought into every detail, from the decor to the amenities, making this a perfect getaway spot.

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

Elvin d’avantage, c’est merveilleusement bien occupé de nous, il nous as énormément facilité la tâche sur beaucoup de chose, et toujours disponibles si besoin. On s’est sentis comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Le logement est charmant, propre et parfaitement conforme à la description. Une vraie belle rencontre et une adresse qu’on garde précieusement ! The place was perfect. Very clean, the location și good, close to the metro. Very nice terrace and Gabriele was very responsive and nice. I highly recommend this place.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.
