Bardzo fajne miejsce ,zostaliśmy bardzo miło przywitani. Czysto w środku wszystko czego potrzebujemy ( np.automat do kawy +kapsle,sól, garnki ) całe wyposażenie na zewnątrz (parasol,leżaki) .Pościel i ręczniki czyste- był to nasz kolejny wyjazd na Sardynię i byliśmy tym pozytywnie zaskoczeni . Piękny widok z domu na morze ,długa,szeroka i czysta plaża,na spacery z naszym psem-idealnie Puste plaże i piękna pogoda w październiku Sympatyczny,uśmiechnięty i zawsze pomocny gospodarz . Polecamy na 100% Stefano grazie mile Filip,Katarina,Lukas

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Michele. Un plateau apéritif vous attend à l'arrivée, très sympathique. Superbe vue mer et montagne depuis la terrasse. Appartement spacieux. Michele a été un hôte accueillant, réactif et de bons conseils. A recommander.

Sehr schönes Haus, zwei Blocks vom Strand. Von allen Zimmern kommt man auf Terrassen. Der Bus direkt am Strand fährt alle 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Heizung in allen Räumen, wir waren im April da, da ist das schon gut. Gute Ausstattung, alles da. Einige alte Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein paar schöne Stühle im Garten wären noch toll. Und vielen Dank an Daniela für die super Betreuung beim Ein- und Auschecken und die vielen Tips.

Alles wunderbar! Die Wohnung war sauber und schön. Etwas mehr Küchenutensilien wäre toll gewesen. 2 Min. zum Strand und der kostenlose Parkplatz sind fantastisch. Marcus ist sehr nett und unkompliziert - wir haben immer alles mit Nachrichten geregelt und haben ihn nie persönlich gesehen.

Villa direttamente sul mare, davanti ad una bella spiaggia. L'appartamento è sul fianco della villa ma la terrazza privata, con griglia, è di fronte al mare. L' appartamento è abbastanza fresco e la cucina, sebbene piccola, è ben equipaggiata. Buon materasso. Un'ottima sistemazione sia per esplorare le spiagge della zona che per rilassarsi in spiaggia davanti a casa.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sogar ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand ist vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Im Garten wachsen Zitronenbäume, von denen man sich bedienen darf. Außerdem gibt es eine Außendusche. Direkt vor der Unterkunft kann man problemlos parken. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da fußläufig nur wenige Restaurants erreichbar sind. In 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen Supermarkt und eine gute Pizzeria zum Mitnehmen, eine tolle Bäckerei ist 3 Autominuten entfernt. Das Restaurant „La Fontanella“ ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders schön: die drei lieben Hunde der Gastgeberin. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Absolute Empfehlung!

Nice place close to the beach

Siamo state ospiti da Michael per 3 notti. Subito accolte con estrema cortesia ci ha fornito durante tutta la nostra permanenza di svariate indicazioni e consigli per siti turistici spiagge e ristoranti. La sua casa è una villetta arroccata sulla montagna facilmente raggiungibile di grande fascino per veduta straordinaria sul mare! Ha tutti i comfort descritti e anche di più. La pulizia è impeccabile e posso garantire che prendere il primo caffè del mattino nella pace assoluta con una vista sul blu è impagabile. Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

First of all, Mario is a ‘very’ good man, you don’t come across people like him every day, salt of the earth! First impressions he was like a friend I hadn’t seen for years, which made settling into chez t’il comforting that resonated on levels that were right up there! Mario has a beautiful home, ‘super’ cozy and quaint, just like you would find in the countryside of a French home… From the pictures on the walls to the ornaments, his place really does feel special! Mario showed us around, explained things with care, everything was great! Everything was clean, did I say that his place was ‘super’ cozy? We had everything that we needed in there, in the bathroom, all the utensils, crockery, pots & pans etc., that we needed, bbq facilities outside! We had a bbq every day, it was amazing sitting outside eating! The beach was a few minutes beautiful walk away and the beach is absolutely beautiful!l 5 minutes drive away are some beautiful restaurants and supermarkets! Grazie Mario

Abbiamo trascorso qui 15 giorni di vacanza a agosto. Eravamo 3 coppie di amici in vacanza senza figlie. La casa è proprio come nelle foto. Molto accogliente. Risolto un piccolo doppio problemino in fase di check in (con gli asciumani in dotazione a ogni ospite), tutto è filato liscio e alla perfezione. Posizione meravigliosa con vista mare e comodissimo accesso diretto alle stupende calette di Porto Sa Ruxi. Sfruttatissima la doccia esterna in giardino vista mare! Sicuramente una casa e una location da consigliare! L’host si è rilevato preciso e puntuale e sempre pronto

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles Notwendige in der Küche und sonst vorhanden. Die Nähe zum Strand ist perfekt und die Community ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt auch einen Community Pool den man für 2 Eur/Erw. nutzen kann. Am Nachmittag ist dieser schön schattig. Der Kontakt mit Concetta und ihrem Mann Franco war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar. Die Ankunft und Abreise waren unkompliziert.

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Tore war wirklich wunderbar. Das Haus selbst ist schön und hat an Ausstattung alles, was man in einem Ferienhaus so braucht (z.B. reichlich Auswahl an Gewürzen zum Kochen). Toll war der Empfang der sehr netten und immer erreichbaren Vermieterin Alice. Sie hat uns nicht nur persönlich begrüßt, uns den Garten und das Haus gezeigt sondern auch noch mit einem üppig gefüllten Präsentkorb überrascht. Der riesige Garten ist ein absolutes Paradies und war unser Highlight! Viele verschiedene Sitzplätze, eine Schaukelliege, Pool, Whirlpool, Palmen, Oliven-und Feigenbäume... eine Oase zum Entspannen! Der Whirlpool war leider zunächst kaputt, Alice kümmerte sich direkt und organisierte einen Techniker, der an Tag 2 den Whirlpool reparierte. Kleines Manko am Haus: Zwei der Zimmer haben nur kleinere Fenster (Oberlichter), sind daher etwas dunkel. Auch haben nicht alle Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, was man im Hochsommer bedenken sollte. Für uns im Oktober war es kein Problem.

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

Mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående. Borde finnas en beskrivning på exakt vad som finns. Allt från bestick och kryddor, oljor och sådant.

Alles super gewesen. Einfache Übergabe des Schlüssels. Große Räume, schönes Bad. Sehr schöne Veranda zum chillen. Einfache Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer.

Barbara was a great host. The Airbnb was nice and clean, with everything you could need. The beach and bus stop were nearby. Barbara answered all of our questions and gave us lots of useful information about Cagliari. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lara é stata sempre pronta nelle comunicazioni e ha dato utili consigli. La camera é situata in posizione favolosa rispetto alla meravigliosa passeggiata del Poetto e le sue spiagge. É anche vicina al parco delle saline e se non si avesse l’auto a disposizione ci sono fermate del bus a due passi.

Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Lage & Parkplatz bestens. Supermarkt nebenan und auch gute Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Zum Strand & den Strandrestaurants ist's allerdings fast schon zu weit zu Laufen, aber machbar. Ansonsten alles tip-top.

The house is very comfortable and spacious. Conveniently located, we were a few minutes awsy from the beach and main roads to Cagliari and southern beaches. The home is beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. An amazing stay in Sardinia!

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!
