Appartamento super grazioso e funzionale. Francesco un ottimo Host. Molto disponibile ed accogliente. Consiglio vivamente

Ein besonderer Ort. Einfach Wow. Wir haben im „Garten“ von Christina sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Loft ist etwas ganz besonderes. Sehr künstlerisch eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Einzig das Bett ist etwas, was ich nicht vermissen werde 😉 Unsere Kinder haben die Fläche genutzt und den gesamten Garten zu erkunden. Immer wieder gab es was Neues zu entdecken. Wir waren Mitte Juni hier, sodass wir „nur“ Salat und Erdbeeren aus dem Garten pflücken konnten. Diese waren aber sehr lecker. Der Pool ist riesengroß. Uns hat es viel Spaß gemacht diesen für uns alleine nutzen zu können. Es war sehr ruhig und Christina hat immer schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür. Sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein, kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Grazie mille!!

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in questo agriturismo di passaggio in una viaggio di vacanza. La stanza è annessa all'azienda Trerè. La qualità della stanza è molto buona ed è stato tutto molto piacevole e funzionale. L'ambiente è molto famigliare e rilassante. La nostra interfaccia è stata Sandra che è stata di una cordialità e simpatia notevoli. Ottima la cena ed i vini. Certo per una notte è un poco caro ma penso che un soggiorno più lungo sia molto piacevole e ben commisurato alla spesa. Gatti e, soprattutto, pavoni movimentano la permanenza con la loro presenza.

A casa estava impecável, tal como descrito nas fotos. Muito limpa e organizada e bastante ampla. O espaço é muito confortável, a cozinha está muito bem equipada com tudo o que é necessário. É uma boa localização para quem pensa em ir á F1 de Ímola porque está muito bem localizada face á estação de comboios e é numa zona calma. entre outras atrações na zona. Tivemos alguns imprevistos externos á casa, que a anfitriã nos auxiliou e nos ajudou a resolver de forma rápida. Muito responsiva e comunicativa. Ficamos muito agradados!

El departamento está bien ubicado, cerca de transporte público y varios lugares para comer. Es bastante espacioso, amplio y muy limpio. Al momento de realizar el checkin fuimos recibidos con una caja de chocolate. Las anfitrionas se comunicaron previamente con nosotros para entregarnos la información del checkin y preguntaron si es que queríamos más información sobre Bologna, la cual resultó de mucha utilidad. Recomendaría este lugar a ojos cerrados, muy buena experiencia y excelente servicio de las anfitrionas.

Great sized flat in the city centre! Very peaceful and private. The flat was clean and all in place! The host was brilliant very helpful and sort out an issue with towels immediately. Had a great stay and definitely recommended for a short stay in Bologna .

Absolutely amazing stay at Francesca's! She showed me the definition of true hospitality and I was so sad to leave. 11/10 would stay again! A few highlights: *Very communicative/responsive and helpful host. I was there for a few weeks and Francesca definitely helped me settle in to Italy stress-free! *Very comfortable bed and comfortable apartment overall *Sparkling clean and very nice appliances/features (i.e. automatic shades and openers for the skylights). *Peaceful, quiet, and safe neighborhood. I did not want to be right in the city center of Bologna. This apartment is about a 10-15-minute walk to where the restaurants/shopping on Via Santa Stefano starts, and about 25 minutes to the city center. I only took the bus a handful of times during my extended stay there, but that is a faster and easier option if you want it. There are some cute cafes and eating options within a ~5 minute walk. Super close to SPAN (AMAZING pizza), Berbere, and Forno Brisa for daily bread and treats.

Such an incredible location! We had an amazing stay. Alessandra and Ludovico were brilliant hosts, so friendly and welcoming. They helped us organise e-bikes and gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

Ottimo alloggio! Ideale per passare dei momenti in cui si necessita di stare più isolati o semplicemente se si ha voglia di stare a contatto con la natura. Andrea ci ha accolto insieme alla sua compagna Cecilia ed è stato molto gentile simpatico e disponibile. Qualità prezzo eccellente! Abbiamo alloggiato comodamente in 4 (una sola notte).

Lelio’s studio is a beautiful, historical gem in Bologna. The frescos from the 1600s and the carved ceilings situate you in the heart of civilization. The modern amenities are perfectly maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable and the linens are in excellent shape. The bathroom is appointed with everything you will need. Please know that the ceiling can “shed” some because this is a historical building. Dust can fall from the plaster and stonework. Also, there is sound from the building entrance door and gate, because this unit is located on the ground floor near the entrance. It is not noisy, just normal building sounds. Neither of these detract from the spectacular studio. Thank you!

Emanuel molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento che non ha deluso le aspettative, anzi, il contrario. Se poi avete concerti da vedere, viene quasi la tentazione di sentirli dalla camera per la magica vista. Consigliatissimo

Benedetta e Gianluca sono stati sempre disponibili e super veloci nelle risposte. La casa è veramente molto bella e in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo trovato un bagno pulitissimo e profumato, così come la cucina e la zona letto. Alloggio consigliatissimo

We had a fantastic stay at Paolo’s. The apartment was beautiful and had thoughtful touches which we appreciated. Our young children especially loved the selection of toys to play with. The location was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed exploring and walking around the centre. We’ve been to Bologna a few times before and this has been our favourite apartment so far. We would definitely stay here again on future trips.
