Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Bologna

An absolutely wonderful place which surpassed our expectations on every front. A beautifully renovated centuries old building with its own beautiful garden. Very spacious with excellent amenities and stylishly furnished. Fantastic location, very central and also whisper quiet.

Pulizia della casa eccelsa! Parcheggio custodito all'interno della proprietà sotto un portico antistante al grosso giardino! Cucina completa, fornitissima di utensili per cucinare! Posizione stupenda, un posto silenzioso e rilassante! Arredi nuovi e molto eleganti, di gusto insomma! Letto morbido in una calda stanza! All'arrivo bottiglie d'acqua , latte e alcuni snack per la colazione, molto graditi ovviamente! Ordine e presenza di secchi separati con i rispettivi sacchi per la raccolta differenziata, perfetto! Soggiorno rilassante e di charme! Consigliato!

O Alberto é uma pessoa prática e simpatica, depois que ele mostra o lugar, você fica muita a vontade. Gostei muito!

Me sentí como en casa. El apartamento era muy acogedor, tenía de todo y era muy tranquilo. Está a unos 40 min andando del centro y a 20 de la estación de tren. En bus se llega en 20 min al centro y en 10 a la estación.

Lovely apartment, great central location and we found it to be quiet at night! We're both light sleepers and weren't disturbed by any noise from the restaurants and market downstairs. The apartment was well-kitted out and had everything you'd need, and the AC was great for the hot summer heat. If I come back to Bologna, I'd definitely book here again.

La residenza dall’ Ara è un appartamento molto fornito e funzionale situato vicino al centro storico di Bologna. Host estremamente cordiale pronto a rispondere a tutte le esigenze, molto disponibile. Possibilità di parcheggio fuori dalla struttura. Caldamente consigliata!

Ottima e "informale" accoglienza completa di visita e descrizione "appassionata" delle stanze e degli ambienti. Abbiamo dormito profondamente e comodamente in una stanza dal soffitto "stellato". Il bagno è in comune ed è ampio e pulito. Prima di ripartire Enrico ci ha fatto gustare a colazione una deliziosa marmellata di produzione locale e, parlando amabilmente anche di scelte condivise, abbiamo passeggiato nel suo "orto selvatico" e visitato la "casa sull'albero". Bellissima esperienza. Grazie.

Tutto bene, Angelo è molto preciso e puntuale nella comunicazione e nel check in, l'appartamento e la stanza sono comode e molto pulite. La zona non è di particolare pregio, ma comunque ha due supermercati comodi proprio sotto al palazzo e con una camminata di circa 15 minuti si arriva in centro. Ho trovato il prezzo caro, ma va detto che era la settimana della fiera di Bologna e si sà come funzionano queste cose purtroppo.

Emmanuele est un hôte très accueillant, disponible et discret. La maison est spacieuse et le jardin est beau et grand. Proximité de Bologne (15') et de l'autoroute (sans les inconvénients). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous garderons un très bon souvenir.

Ενα πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα σχεδόν στην καρδιά της πόλης. Η κεντρική πλατεία απείχε μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια! Υπάρχουν αμέτρητες επιλογές από καφετέριες και εστιατόρια δίπλα στο σπίτι. Ο Alessandro ήταν πολύ φιλικός και βοηθητικός απαντούσε πάντα και μας πρότεινε αρκετά μέρη για φαγητό και πρωινό! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στην πανέμορφη Μπολόνια και σίγουρα θα επιλέξουμε πάλι το διαμέρισμα του Alessandro!

L'appartamento è molto carino, pulito e mantenuto molto bene, delle dimensioni giuste per essere ben vivibile. Claudia è una host che si distingue per la sua cordialità, simpatia e disponibilità, ed è capace di fare sentire gli ospiti accolti come se fossero a casa propria. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla e ricca di natura, ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo alla piazza centrale di Castelnuovo Rangone ed a diverse strade che portano sia verso i bellissimi paesaggi dell'appennino emiliano che verso Modena. Consigliato caldamente, se possibile ritornerò volentieri.

Maria Pia e suo figlio Jacopo sono stati estremamente gentili e premurosi. Li consiglio ad ogni guest. Maria Pia and her son Jacopo were extremely kind and thoughtful. I recommend them to every guest.

Francesco was very hospitable and communicative. No issues with checking in or with the stay itself. Parking is free at the nearby hotel and was right next to his apartment. Perfect for someone traveling solo.

Gabriele met us at the front door with a smile on his face and a warm hand shake. He is a kind and personable man who wants his guests to feel welcome and comfortable. He is very accommodating and his recommendations were excellent. His place is spacious and clean and far exceeded our expectations. It was a pleasure for our family of five to stay at his place and an equal pleasure to meet Gabriele. Would highly recommend.

This was the second time we stayed at Alberto's but our first time in this apartment - we liked it even more than the other one. The bed was comfortable, the apartment equipped enough and it was within a short walk from the Fiera which was our main focus. For our purposes it was amazing, that the kitchen table is extendable and we loved chilling on the couch after long days of walking - it was really comfy to recover there while chatting. Although we didnt end up using the balconies much, cause it was a little bit too chilly in the mornings to enjoy our coffee there but in a slightly warmer weather it sure would have been the perfect spot for the mornings.

Siamo una comitiva di 12 ragazzi dai 20 ai 25 anni, abbiamo trascorso Capodanno a Sorbara nell'abitazione di Andrea. Casa magnifica su 3 livelli, locali molto ampi e luminosi, pavimento riscaldato, giardino grandissimo e tavolo da ping pong Ci siamo trovati molto bene, la consiglio vivamente. Casa situata a 10 km da discoteche e locali.

Prachtige omgeving en heerlijk verblijf, de rust komt je tegemoet. De host en zijn vrouw zijn super vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in una deliziosa villetta in un tranquillo paesino. La casa è spaziosa e ben attrezzata: un ampio soggiorno con giardino perfetto per grigliate, una zona notte con tre camere e due bagni, e una piccola palestra con bagno al terzo piano. La proprietaria è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Posto auto facile da trovare e ambiente sereno. Consigliatissima!

The room at the lower level part which is part of the house was sufficient for a 1-night stay. The location is on the hilly side which is a bit of a walk up and down to the nearest bus stop. Taxi is advisable from the train station or bus stop and Francesca was kind enough to book a taxi for me coz it is hard to book in advance and if you don't speak Italian well. I have tried the app and contacted via the app but it was to no avail. Bologna is vibrant with many tourist attractions. Thank you Francesca for your hospitality

Siamo stati davvero bene in questo appartamento! Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento si trova proprio sotto la loro abitazione, ma abbiamo avuto tutta la privacy di cui avevamo bisogno. Lo spazio interno è un open space, ma molto ampio, curato e accogliente: si respira da subito un’atmosfera calda e rilassante, perfetta per qualche giorno di tranquillità. L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è che il bagno non si trova all’interno dell’appartamento, ma in una zona comune adiacente. Tuttavia, è comunque riservato agli ospiti ed è facilmente accessibile. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione che consigliamo a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, pulito e con host davvero premurosi!

First off the pictures don’t do this gem in the hills outside of bologna justice. This is a stunning villa, with every amenity and tons of room to spread out and enjoy yourself. The kitchen also has everyone, and beyond, making it very easy to cook in if you like. Beyond this the location is up in the hills but 20-25 minutes from the center of Bologna. It’s perched atop a hill with stunning views and plenty of walking trails nearby if you want to get lost in the nearby hills. There are also a lot of great restaurants in this area as well within a 5 minute drive. Giuseppe is awesome. His main interest is your well being and he is around for your every need. He even brought us breakfast the first morning. If you want to explore bologna, or the greater region, but be out of the fray this is an absolutely perfect choice. I cannot recommend this place more. We were there with our two kids (5 and 2) and they could not have been happier!
