We spent about 2.5 months in Javier's apartment in Costa Ballena over winter for the sun. Javier is a very caring, friendly and helpful host. We drove to Spain during a natural disaster and he provided safer, alternate routes. He was always very responsive to our questions and any problems we had were quickly resolved. I highly recommend Javier as a host! The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops and a bakery. Over winter, many shops are closed, but we loved that Costa Ballena was quiet and peaceful. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, including basic groceries (tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, spices, etc.). We especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the views of the sea and golf course from the third floor! The heating worked well. The apartment complex is well-maintained, and if something broke, it was quickly repaired. The underground parking was very convenient, but park in the assigned bay!

My family of 5, two parents and 3 adult children, all enjoyed our time in Matt's lovely apartment. There was plenty of space for all of us, lovely views and a welcome bottle of wine! What more could we ask for?

Ernesto and his wife are wonderful hosts, both welcomed us on the apartment. All the time they have been watching us in case we needed anything, the truth is that we felt right at home. The apartment was pristine and perfectly tidy, it had absolutely everything, much more than expected. I have been working remotely 4 weeks perfectly, the rooms are great and they are very quiet. The stunning terrace is amazing, very sunny from morning to afternoon, airy days was our place to soak up the sun. Thank you so much for everything Ernesto.
