Excellent accommodation, house as per photos and description, located in a very nice little village. Clean and tidy structure, Host always available for any information and kind.

Access on your own, under the owner's very precise and simple directions. When we arrived early, we were able to check in before the scheduled time, without any problems. Even on the last day we were able to leave calmly, at your request... In short, very kind! The apartment is comfortable, with a nice garden overlooking the Maremma. The bathroom was clean and practical, with a nice shower. The house has everything you need, we didn't experience any problems. The area is very quiet, parking right in front of the house. The village is beautiful, very characteristic with breathtaking views. The house is just a few minutes walk to downtown. We were really satisfied with both the location and the studio! Would love to go back! Thanks to Gabriella for the availability in everything!

Brigitte was a great host. Really responsive. Its is in a village with a few bars and restaurants so you get the best of both worlds: outside space and a wonderful view plus you can eat out or have a drink in the village without having to drive at the end of a long day sightseeing. Great place to unwind from the stresses of London! The village is also well placed to explore Tuscany and visit less touristy spots.

We are in Italy for a total of 9 weeks. And those two weeks were so wonderful and relaxing. The house as well as the whole property is just amazing. It is quiet, private and you can just have a nice time. The beds are an absolute dream. We slept so well there. Caspar is a super good host and is always immediately available. We've got the offer from a Private chef, masseuse, and a yoga teacher. Everyone came to us "home". ABSOLUTELY recommended. We ate so well at sunset and drank the in-house wine by the way. The house has everything you need and you can feel the effort and passion that Caspar invests everywhere. I highly recommend anyone to go there. The view alone is almost impossible to describe. We will definitely come back. Thank you for everything, dear Caspar!
