Monthly Rentals in McDowell

This was the best, most comfortable and cleanest rental we have ever been in, the most at home feeling. Even the pictures on the walls were well thought out and chosen. The beds were most comfortable and warm. I can go on and on but the bottom line is that we confidently want to go back and enjoy a wee bit more time.

This is a beautiful cabin in the mountains of Highland County, Virginia that was everything we hoped for an more. Our primary goal was to get away from the noise and lights of the city and this place delivered. It was so dark we could see more starts than I have seen in a very long time. It was so, so quite as well. The hiking trail and the fire pit were an added bonus that helped us enjoy our time there even more. We can't wait to go back again in the summer or fall.

We really enjoyed our stay. I booked the place to get together with some friends, and it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect. We have stayed here previously, and Teresa and Durwood go the extra mile to provide small necessities like enough toilet paper and paper towels, coffee, etc. Their place is clean and comfortable! Thanks for providing such a perfect place to stay!
