The guest will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Extremely fast and capable WiFi for guests to work and stream. No extra people or visitors allowed. The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Island beach NY Waterfront Apt.

This is a quaint and charming neighborhood located on the Massapequa canals. The view of the canal from the back yard is utterly peaceful and charming. We saw ducks, geese, gulls, fish, and other wildlife. At the end of the road, there is a small public cove and beach area that would be perfect for paddleboarding. The unit itself was well suited to our three-person family (two adults and a teen) for a week long stay. The main living space and bathroom are a bit small, but worked fine for us as we didn't spend a ton of time inside the unit when there was so much to do out on Long Island and in NYC. We had a couple of minor issues but Mike was incredibly responsive and addressed them quickly. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

This is the place you are looking for. David is a great host, and his house is great for those of us who want our own bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom. David is very responsive to messages and always looking out for the guests. Everything was clean, the A/C and fan worked well, and plenty of space for me, probably plenty for a couple too. Only potential issue I could think of is climbing the stairs up to the second floor once inside the house. For most people, this shouldn’t be a problem but, if you have trouble with long staircases, this might be a problem for you. I have issues with my knees and back, but just had to take it slow.
