Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

I was in town for my dad's funeral. Carolyn was very nice to allow us to arrive earlier. She is very responsive. I appreciate her hospitality.

We stayed at Lisa’s place for three nights and it was a 10/10 experience. Lisa was a fantastic host and was very helpful with island recommendations prior to our trip. The property itself is stunning and although we wanted to explore the island, the property also provided a beautiful landscape to just relax. Even given its private, peaceful location, it was still so convenient to town. The house is an adorable converted barn that has incredible, rustic charm and the decor was so beautifully thought out. Before we even left we were talking about booking again in the future. We definitely recommend booking here!

Great accommodation. House looks like the pictures and it was walking distance to some of Falmouths best spots.

Jacks place was perfect for a girls weekend! He was super responsive and available for any questions. The place is close to many things to do with the ability to have that off the grid cape cod experience. I would recommend to anyone and book again in the future!

Awesome little cottage for a week! We spent a whole week at this place and loved it! Tanya was so kind with instructions how to get in and was available for if we needed anything at all. The location is spectacular steps from the private beach, near some great restaurants and stores. The space is small but really all the essentials you need to have a relaxing quiet stay. Would definitely stay again and it’s the perfect place for a getaway.

There was one issue which Gary and the property manager coordinated on and took care of as soon as possible. WE HAD A GREAT STAY LOVED ALL THE BEACHES and hope to be back next year!

We loved are family stay at Paul & Katie’s home for Easter Week. It is a dream home . The neighborhood was beautiful and walkable, with a peaceful path to a private beach. We enjoyed the shops and restaurants in Mashpee Commons about an 8 minute drive away.

We stayed here for weekend in November with multi-generations of family members. Lots of space to spread out - and the middle age group enjoyed the turn-table! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

I loved our stay . The place inside was bigger than I was expecting. They have so many dishes, glasses, towels, blankets, chairs, etc to use. The place was great, just wish our weather was better. Thank you for being so helpful before and during our stay . Hope to return next year .

Great stay and in the perfect location, the beach was right across. Great restaurants minutes away and very peaceful and quiet. The place was very clean.

We cannot wait to return. This house looks small but had everything our group of 5 needed and more. Two bathrooms, sizeable bedrooms, well stocked kitchen and personal touches, too. We woke every morning for the amazing sunrise which can be viewed by sitting comfortably on the deck, the rocks, or right inside the house, if it gets too cold. We cooked at home, but also loved 908 Bistro and Captain Parkers pub. Easy drive to Chatham. This house is so very lovely and nothing compares to being right on the beach. Samantha was very responsive. Instructions were clear. We were there off season, so it was quiet and peaceful. Already searching for dates to return.

House is in a lovely family-friendly neighborhood just steps from the fishing pond and beach and walking distance to Poppanesset Resort and shops. House is a tidy rancher with spacious, bright kitchen (skylight and huge island with plenty of seating). Shared living area features two sitting areas, dining rolm table, large double fireplace (not used), and roomy deck and yards. Bedrooms are ideal for a family…primary with queen bed (en suite bath) and two secondaries with a pair of twin beds each (shared bath in hall). It’s pricey, but so is the neighborhood and location so close to the shore and amenities!

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

This was my family and I’s first time ever renting an Airbnb. Roberta helped make our first experience a great one. The location of the house was beautiful, the house itself was amazing, clean, rustic, and everything we were looking for. And Roberta was a great host. She remained consistent in communication and she gave us some really great insight about the location and the house itself. My favorite part about the Airbnb was not only the beautiful scenery of the ocean, but also the quietness of the neighborhood. Roberta has everything covered including kitchen utensils, bathing supplies, extra blankets and pillows, board games, and more. It may be a small cottage, but it was perfect for what my family and I were looking for Thank you Roberta for giving us such a great experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in West Yarmouth, MA. The house was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was both responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was just as described, and we felt very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay on the Cape!

We were a large group and this place worked great for us! The house was very well-stocked with everything we needed (snacks, kitchen equipment, s'mores kit, lawn games, indoor games, etc). The guide on the Airbnb and the surrounding area is clear and helpful. The hosts were also very hospitable and responsive. The bedrooms were quite bright in the morning though.
