Janet's place was just as listed and described in the photos. the check in process was easy and I really loved the combination deadbolt lock! ( no keys to remember/lose) the bed was very comfortable and an assortment of pillows were provided. The A/C worked very well and it was unseasonably hot the weeks I was there. The wall mount fan was also helpful. the TV is mounted on the wall with an adjustable in/out and tilt, that made watching tv at the table or laying in bed enjoyable. The TV was pre loaded with tons of free channels! The kitchen has equipped with all the basic essentials. The patio was lovely to look at, it was to hot for me to enjoy the beautiful space. The neighborhood is quite and safe. I would recommend this place for 1 or 2 people, or it may feel crowded. There is a pull out couch for more sleeping accommodations. I would stay again! Janet was friendly and offered many tips.

What a pleasant experience it was staying here these past two nights! It's the little things that make a huge difference sometimes, in addition to everything being clean, the little chalkboard welcoming me was such a nice touch and the essential oil diffuser that welcomed me with a fresh and clean smelling room that was the perfect temperature was such a lovely welcome! I will definitely remember this stay the next time I come down to Stuart! I happily give the highest rating possible!

Cute house that fit the needs for three women. Beds were super comfy and the best sheets ever!! Huge showers in both bathrooms that included hand held water wand. House included all amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bottled water, spices, cooking oil, coffee, etc. the location was central to see all the areas of interest to us. The host Diane was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. The only con is the busy highway the house sits on. The noise does NOT affect inside the house but when sitting outside on the screened porch it is a bit noisy.

My wife and I had a great stay at this one bedroom apartment on the river while in-between moves. Hosts Jason and Kathy were warm, friendly and accommodating to us! The sunsets on the river are definitely a highlight, but we also saw plenty of boats and dolphins swimming along providing some peaceful entertainment. While the neighborhood is very quiet, the apartment is not far away from nearby shopping and downtown Stuart, making it logistically convenient. We highly recommend staying with Jason and Kathy in lieu of a local hotel. We will definitely be back!
