Enjoy the water views from inside the main house, from the covered porch or from the 12 ft x 12 ft gazeebo attached to the dock. Lounge waterside on the fire pit patio or in the shaded gazebo. Fish from the dock or walk or bike to Halpatiokee Park for tennis, disc golf, pickleball, mountain biking, or just let the kids play on the playground. Plenty of Beaches and restaurants nearby.

Luxury Container Tiny Home in Paradise

The property is completely fenced in and has private access entry via a large drive-through gate. Park within the property. We are close to parks, boat ramps, restaurants, and entertainment. Watch rockets launch from the newly added deck. We have 3 large dogs on our side of the fence, so please, no pets. Bring your boat, jet skis, and kayaks. Enjoy the recently added solar lighting within the enclosure. Freshly painted interior in May, 2024 and we've updated the entrance/driveway.

Renata's place is a hidden gem. Her and her husband have put a lot of love into this house and space to make it the way it is today and you can feel it. We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay. Renata was very easy to communicate with and flexible in allowing us to check in a little earlier than expected. I would give this place ten stars if possible!

Great location. We spent a week enjoying wine on the dock, dinners on the picnic table outside with a view, lounging in the hammock and walking around the neighborhood. This house was a perfect place for us to unwind in Palm City. Bike ride or short car ride to most restaurants, and even an ice cream shop nearby. We would love to stay again. No issues, and communication with Troy was prompt and easy.

Beautiful Water home (8) Pool/Spa/Dock/Game Room

This was the perfect staycation for our family from out of town that joined us. The house smelled slightly of cigarettes when we came in the front door. Even with the most sensitive noses, we hardly noticed it after a few minutes. The kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked! Tons of towels too. It’s a nice, open floor plan. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone and we were all comfortable. The garage is turned into a game room and has all the fun stuff. Now let’s get to the backyard. WOW! The landscaping is breathtaking and we sat outside for hours and just stared at the water. We even saw a baby alligator near our dock! The house is equipped with a dock and lift. However, I wish that part would have been more informative. While the channel is extremely deep, even in high tide, we could not get the boat onto the lift. It’s extremely shallow. If you’re planning on bringing a boat, I would go over the specifics. We couldn’t fit it and we only draw 1 ft. Besides that, zero complaints!

We had to change our trip plans pretty last minute due to hurricanes Helene and Milton and we are so lucky to have found Al’s place! There were days we never even left the house! Absolutely perfect for keeping my young kids busy but safe. The house truly was fully stocked and Al was beyond responsive throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend the house, working with Al, and are excited to know about Beach Houses in Paradise.
