We had a nice time on site, the accommodation was more than we expected, you had everything you need and within a few minutes you can walk very well to the first restaurants/cafés. Otherwise, you can also drive very quickly to Iseo or Sulzano and from Sulzano there is a ferry directly to the island in the lake! The accommodation was very clean, the only negative was perhaps the metal ladder and the low ceiling to/at the sleeping area, as this felt a little unpleasant to us personally on the feet, as very hard and small rungs. Otherwise, communication with Alessandro was very fast and smooth and on site there is a nice gentleman who can also help you if you have any questions/problems. We would definitely recommend the place!! Thank you for having us!

Gianmario is a model host. From the first communications, he responded quickly and accurately. The apartment is really spacious, clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need. It has a nice terrace equipped with a table and deck chairs. The location is excellent, literally a stone's throw from the center and the lakefront. Simple check-in and check-out. Definitely a positive experience. If I ever return to the area, I will book Gianmario's apartment again.

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Laura was an impeccable host. Even before we arrived, he sent us the photographic directions to reach the house. She was available to meet our needs and requests, even the most trivial ones, such as providing us with wood to light the fireplace. Spacious and functional house with a terrace overlooking the valley. Quiet and cool area for those seeking peace and contact with nature.

We had a lovely week. Gabi is an excellent host and the apartment is amazing- the best we have ever visited. The photos don't do it justice. The town is a short walk away, with lots of nice restaurants and shops. Recommend hiring a boat late in the afternoon and the local water sports are very convenient. Overall, hugely recommended!

The place is beautiful. The view is stunning. The house was very clean and as described. The owners communicated quickly and provided very clear instructions. The parking space is good. We had 3 large vehicles so it was a little tricky to get in and out but we managed fine. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

We had a very nice week at Silvia's in Capo di Ponte. The accommodation is an excellent option for two people with a child and a dog. Communication with Silvia was very good. In capo di Ponte there is not much going on, in the vicinity there are many possibilities to do something. We liked it very much, the peace was good. Thank you again!

A beautiful villa in a lovely town with great restaurants. The walk back up to the villa is quite steep but the views compensate for this. Would definitely come back to this great modern home. A very relaxing holiday with accommodating and helpful host.

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. Amazing place! Walkable to train station for other areas, ferry to other parts of the lake 5 minutes walk. Denis goes out of his way to help you and booked our taxis for us to and from the airport. Wonderful gentleman and was an amazing week! Didn’t want to leave !

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
