Holiday rentals with a patio in Marone

Absolutely loved the place! It’s a hidden gem right in the city. The place may seem small, but everything is very well thought out, modern, and super well-equipped. One surprise after another! And guess what? There’s a large outdoor area. It’s clear that the owner really wants visitors to enjoy the place, and he’s done an amazing job.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit vor Ort, in der Unterkunft war mehr als wir erwartet hatten, man hatte alles was man braucht und innerhalb von ein paar Minuten kann man sehr gut zu den ersten Restaurants/Cafés laufen. Ansonsten kann man auch mit dem Auto sehr schnell nach Iseo oder Sulzano fahren und von Sulzano aus gibt es eine Fähre direkt zur Insel im See! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das einzig negative war vielleicht die Metall Leiter und die niedrige Decke zum/beim Schlafplatz, da diese uns persönlich sich etwas unangenehm an den Füßen angefühlt hat, da sehr hart und kleine Sprossen. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit Alessandro sehr schnell und reibungslos und vor Ort gibt es einen netten Herren der einem auch weiterhelfen kann, falls man irgendwelche Fragen/Probleme hat. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!! Danke dass wir da sein durften!

Gianmario è un host modello. Sin dalle prime comunicazioni ha risposto in modo rapido e preciso. L'appartamento è davvero spazioso, pulito e confortevole. Fornito di tutto ciò che serve. Ha un bel terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo e sdraio. La posizione è ottima, letteralmente a due passi dal centro e dal lungo lago. Check in e check out semplici. Esperienza decisamente positiva. Nel caso dovessi tornare in zona, prenoterò ancora l'appartamento di Gianmario.

Ottima esperienza, Walter è stato sempre Puntuale nel rispondere alle mie esigenze! Nonostante ho rimandato diverse volte la data di soggiorno non ho mai riscontrato difficoltà nel comunicare con il proprietario. La casa impeccabile, pulita, moderna e ha tutto quello che serve! Consiglio vivamente

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Laura è stata una host impeccabile. Ancora prima di arrivare ci ha mandato le indicazioni fotografiche per raggiungere la casa. È stata disponibile per assecondare i nostri bisogni e le nostre richieste anche le più banali come fornirci la legna per accendere il camino. Casa spaziosa e funzionale con una terrazza che domina la valle. Zona tranquilla e fresca per chi cerca pace e contatto con la natura.

Was sollen wir sagen! Nicht nur die Location ist ein Traum und entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos. Auch die Lage ist umwerfend mit Blick über den Gardasee und direkte Anbindung auch fußläufig nach Gargnano, wo es viele süße Restaurants und Geschäfte gibt. Alles in allem ist das nur noch getoppt worden von Gaby, die wirklich ein Mega Job macht! Sie ist die gute Seele des Hauses, die dir jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abliest. Vom Koffer tragen am Anfang, über spontan Mikrowelle besorgen für das aufwärmen der Baby-Gläschen, bis hin zu Tipps, Müllentsorgung, Brötchen morgens holen-unglaublich diese Frau!!! Wir werden nicht nur die Location, sondern vor allem auch Gaby vermissen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Unser Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Die Gastgeberin war herzlich, zuverlässig und hat all unsere Wünsche erfüllt – vielen Dank liebe Rosa! Die Wohnung ist sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Zur Begrüssung erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Geschenkkorb – eine wunderschöne Geste. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles!

The place is beautiful. The view is stunning. The house was very clean and as described. The owners communicated quickly and provided very clear instructions. The parking space is good. We had 3 large vehicles so it was a little tricky to get in and out but we managed fine. We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen mit toller Aussicht auf den Comer See und die Berge. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr geschmackvoll, die Räume großzügig und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Waren hier 4 Tage mit 5 Erwachsenen.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche bei Silvia in Capo di Ponte. Die Unterkunft ist für zwei Personen mit Kind und Hund eine hervorragende Option. Die Kommunikation mit Silvia war sehr gut. In capo di Ponte ist nicht viel los, im Umkreis gibt es viele Möglichkeiten was zu unternehmen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, die Ruhe tat gut. Vielen Dank nochmal!

Host super gentile e disponibile. È stata sempre gentilissima, ci ha dato consigli e ogni volta che avessimo bisogno ci ha sempre risposto in maniera educata e veloce. Struttura più bella che nelle foto, spazi luminosi e grandi. Giardini curatissimi, una delle esperienze più belle mai fatte su aribnb soprattutto per via della host e della casa. Consiglio a tutto!

A beautiful villa in a lovely town with great restaurants. The walk back up to the villa is quite steep but the views compensate for this. Would definitely come back to this great modern home. A very relaxing holiday with accommodating and helpful host.

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

Excellent host with a beautiful property near the airport. He was really accommodating and went above and beyond since I had a baby with me. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay. Thank you again!

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

Super Unterkunft aber nicht viel Privatsphäre mit denn anderen Parteien aber schöner Pool und guter Ausblick Schwer zu erreichen für Leute die das erste mal in Italien sind

Christina’s apartment was in a wonderful location at a key access point into Bergamo’s alta city. It was located in the centre of things whilst also able to be accessed by car with a little walk It was very spacious - you could easily live there👍 and Christina was very generous with facilities / products provided as well as special gifts on top👏🫶 Christina was extremely proactive and responsive in her communications - providing answers to anything we asked - and although not meeting us directly on checkin - which we normally prefer - provided everything we needed to know - including some great local restaurant recommendations Christina’s place (and Bergamo) is in the top 3 of all the places we stayed on our 2 month tour of france and italy and we would love to return to both in the future

This was the end of a 22 day trip for us with 7 Airbnbs on our itinerary. Gemma’s was among the top favorites of my husband and I. The tram is just steps away from the apartment and it’s close to a grocery store. We were able to find free parking- sometimes very close to the apartment and sometimes a little bit of a walk. We loved the back patio and spent a fair amount of time drinking coffee out there. The beds were super comfortable and we loved the bathrooms too. I would highly recommend this apartment.
