Holiday rentals with beach access in Marina di Grosseto

Mrs. Lina was really kind and helpful. Great welcome, a detail that we really appreciated: wine and two glasses for us. House well maintained and equipped with every comfort: dishes, tablecloths, bedding, even beach towels!!! Terrace that we enjoyed until the last moment... our cat was great too!!! Wonderful accommodation in a great location! Ideal for people with dogs, you can see the dogs from the sea on the terrace, very cozy and private. Great beach, nice atmosphere. Marina is very warm and has given everything so that we have a great stay. Wau Beach especially for nearby dogs.

Giuliani and Massimiliano were very hospitable and helpful with recommendations throughout our stay! The home is immaculate and a beautiful coastal breeze blew through the windows throughout, no AC needed! Very peaceful with the sounds of birds and church bells ringing, a perfect getaway!

We were personally welcomed by Antonella. Very nice apartment, generously equipped. Balcony with partial view of the sea. Thanks to the delicacies provided by Antonella (wine, pasta, etc.), we were already able to enjoy the view with a dinner on the evening of arrival. Although close to the center, quiet residential area. The old town as well as the very beautiful pebble beach "Le Ghiaie" can be reached in a few minutes' walk. We can recommend Antonella's apartments at any time and would be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Heidi's villa is a small jewel, located in a quiet and reserved location but very close (5 minutes by car) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and cozy, perfectly according to the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our dog loved the garden and dog beach right below the house! The only small mole in terms of our habits was the fact that it was not possible to completely obscure the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in the places and, although distant, available at any time we needed her.

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic week's stay. Apartment as described and with all comforts. Great location for access to all services (beach and restaurants); car use not necessary thanks to the pedestrian tunnels that allow you to get everywhere. Plus having a parking space included in the stay. Stefano is a guarantee and super helpful. We'll be back

Very nice and accommodating landlords. Smooth and fast communication and very flexible in terms of arrival and departure. Top location, only about 100 meters to the beach and a very quiet area. Recommended for those who want to take a vacation and relax. The old town is very lively and quickly accessible on foot. On the first day, the landlady even provided us with cold water and brought fresh croissants.

Really enjoyed staying here. The housing itself is amazing. Spacious and comfortable beds. Only issue was the WiFi was not great. Parking could be an issue when busy. Would stay here again! She was extremely responsive and made check in easy. Some advice for the area - Be wary of using navigating when driving through Porto Santo Stefano. It is terrible and will get you stuck. We got stuck in an alleyway where a local had to come out and help us.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

We were consciously looking for a quiet home to relax for a few days - and found it at Teresa's! The very tasteful and lovingly furnished cottage is very quiet and has a wonderful terrace with great views of the sea towards the mainland. Two wonderful olive trees provide shade. Everything is very functionally furnished, without exaggerated luxury! The exchange and interaction with the landlady is extremely familiar. For a vacation for two - or even alone - we highly recommend the shell house!

We spent a few days in Debora and Dario's apartment. They were very helpful and came to meet us both with the check-in and check-out time! The apartment is a few minutes walk from the beach, so great if you are traveling with small children and you need to go back and forth to avoid the hottest hours and break the day! The terrace is also appreciated, always ventilated and perfect for alfresco dining!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.
