Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Marina di Grosseto

It was a very beautiful appartment, well equiped and super close to the beach. Make sure to bring some oil/balsamic, salt/pepper and some cloths and cleaning soap if you are planning to use the kitchen. Unfortunately there was nothing and we had to buy everything. There are a couple of appartments in the house (two storey). We thought according to the pictures that we get a groundfloor one. To our surprise it was the top one with a smaler balcony. Otherwise everything was great!

I and 8 other friends stayed in this apartment from December 30, 2022 to January 2, 2023, to finally participate in the Fiaccolata di Santa Fiora. Anna was very nice from the beginning, the apartment was very nice, equipped with everything you need. The location is great, to go to Santa Fiora only a few minutes by car and the center of Arcidosso a few minutes away on foot. Right under the apartment, a very good bar where we had breakfast the morning of departure. Returning to the apartment, I have absolutely nothing to say. Also regarding the heating, despite being extra at the Airbnb price, with the readings at check-in and check-out, it was very well managed by us, the house warms up quickly and was really comfortable. I recommend it! :)

we found something we loved including the dogs. Absolutely perfect for a short stay, but also recommended for a longer vacation. Fun fact, there is its own underground parking - great. Fun fact2, there is a private entrance gate (car) incl. Code. We recommend the location!

Claudia’s place was beautiful, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Piombino itself is a lovely township with lots to offer. Would definitely recommend staying at Claudia’s apartment, it was excellent.

Cristiana and Marcello are really two superhosts, very kind, always available and very quick to provide very valuable information. The house is perfect both for its location and for the accessories they have equipped it with. Nothing is missing and the feeling is really that you are in your own home. Great for traveling with children, even small ones, always thanks to the care and accuracy of the homeowners. Quiet area but at the same time very close to everything that can be useful on vacation (services and restaurants). Highly recommended.

Nice walk to rocky cove beach 8’; swimming pool (part of nearby club) 2’ away (voucher for discount & swim hats supplied by Franca); we walked into old town daily for atmosphere and shopping. Coffee and restaurants abound. Franca’s home is like walking into one’s grandparents home; with great new kitchen and fridge and washing machine - all very useful … Piombino was a pleasant surprise for us, as we like ‘local’ swimming spots and safe parking for the hire car. Off street boom gate - reserved car park.

It was a perfect place to stay. The view was so nice and the room was big. We loved the tasting of the winery you recommended, but the wine from olimpia's farm was amazing. If you go to the farm, there is a swimming pool, meals, and accommodation. My son, Stephano, You can taste the delicious homemade food you make yourself.

We had a great time in a heavenly setting! Our host was attentive and friendly. We'll be back as soon as we can!

Apartment away from the road, very quiet, well equipped. The cooking gas had run out and they intervened in 15 minutes from the call. Fair price, lots of availability from the owner, person we found exquisite. Such a central location that we did not use the car from arrival to departure! 200 meters from the apartment begins a pine forest that accompanies you throughout the village of Marina di Cecina and up to 10 km of free beaches with paths totally in the shade of the pine forest, you are never in the sun as you walk… Unique, never seen before, highly recommended for families with children! The perfect vacation!

Anna and Marco have been the most gracious hosts, it felt like being with family friends. One cannot overstate how well positioned this beautiful house is and how beautiful the view over Siena and over the surrounding hills is. It was a mere 15 minutes walk to the city centre, though the house felt like a country side agriturismo with its large grounds and olive trees and gates. We had the most interesting guided city tour with Anna's daughter Claudia, a very knowledgeable art historian with close ties to the city. Even the teenagers liked it. Thanks to Anna, we discovered the most wonderful shop and the best pasticcheria. We hope to come back for a palio race! Thank you, Anna, Mario & Claudia

It was a simply fantastic week, a beautiful place, an oasis to relax and have fun in nature, but the real added value is Paolo, who is always ready and available to give useful advice on what to see in the area and has a constant friendly eye for his guests

Very good stay. We were able to enjoy. It's spacious. Very nice. New and clean and beds are comfortable. The proximity to the road is not an inconvenience. Not much time at night.

Featuring a large wooded garden, the house is very well located near Siena. The image we have of Tuscany with a landscape of pine trees and orange-colored brick houses can be found in this cottage. The house is very well decorated and spacious, full of charm. The garden is large so you can rest or contemplate your own at night. The hosts are very kind and caring, in short nothing to complain about except good😁

Absolutely great place, very relaxing, great people, and the best place if you have a dog

We stayed 2 weeks at this property with the whole family (2 adults and 3 children). We had a great time: the 2 hosts Stefano and Christian are always kind, present and available; top pool; well-maintained and functional accommodation; not far from the sea (10/20 min by car depending on the beach chosen); villages of Campiglia maritime very characteristic and with good culinary offer; close to very nice areas like Bolgheri; never suffered from the heat because in a well ventilated area and surrounded by greenery! Recommended!

The accommodation is ideal for larger groups of up to 12 people. The pool and the house are great and the large property also offers plenty of parking. There is air conditioning in each room. Everything is very clean and new. The kitchen is also well equipped. We had a great time!

A very restful stay for our three families. A home full of amenities, embellished with the owner's great availability and generosity. Clean and well-kept rooms, equipped with linens and toiletries. Fine finishes, perfect lighting and air conditioning. Spacious kitchen equipped with numerous tools for preparing meals. Indoor cellar with fine wines. Thanks to the vegetation and location, the climate is mild and pleasant. Beautiful and always usable pool, treated impeccably and punctually. Also great is the maintenance of the garden, on a weekly basis. Always friendly owner, ready to welcome guests' needs. Although the area is full of tourist destinations, it is difficult to abandon the extraordinary comfort of the villa. Definitely positive experience.

Casale di Vulci is a Villa with all the comforts, well equipped and with an outdoor area wonderfully cared for in every detail. The two pools, one with thermal water, complete the exceptional amenities such as a gym and sauna. On top of that, the hosts are extremely professional and incredibly kind. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had. Highly recommended.

Duddova is a small, very quiet place - ideal for those seeking relaxation and seclusion. We were allowed to spend 3 wonderful weeks in Emanuele's lovingly renovated house – and it was even more beautiful than the photos promise. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of space to feel good. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful garden and the fantastic view from the terrace as well as from the bedroom and bathroom. The view over the valley is simply priceless! Check-in and check-out were absolutely straightforward. The property is very private and laid out with great attention to detail - a true oasis of tranquility. The location is ideal for exploring the surroundings and the sights - a car is essential for this. Communication with Emanuele was always warm, fast and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in the house of David! The interior inside the house is really lovely and well choosen :-) the house is perfectly for a couple who wants to enjoy the silents and nature, total privacy is a real fact here. Mega plus is the pool that is big enough for swimming. Super easy check-in/check-out.
