Monthly Rentals in Mariefred

We are so happy that we found this gem! A very cozy house in very nice condition. Right on the outskirts of Mariefred, so very close to the castle and the center. We are so happy!

The cottage has windows facing water which is only about 30 m away. It was so peaceful and beautiful as soon as we entered the cabin with that view. We simply loved the cabin. The cottage is very nicely located a short distance from "civilization" (even though it is not far away) which gave the feeling that you didn't have the city life. The only thing you had around was the sounds of the animals in the woods. We can warmly recommend the cabin for anyone who wants to get away for a while!

I absolutely enjoyed my time at Carina's stugan. Carina did her utmost to make me feel welcome and at home. Communication with Carina was very easy. She always reacted swiftly to my messages and gave me many useful tips. The little hut is very well-equipped, clean and tidy, and nicely decorated. The surroundings are peaceful. Taxinge Castle (impressive cake buffet), Mariefred with Gripsholm Castle and the amazing Mälaren Lake and Strängnäs are just a short drive away. I can definitely recommend this accomodation and I will certainly come back.

Amazing location - Mariefred is super sweet :) right by the water and near lots of great restaurants (we recommend Han i Hornet!). Fanny’s place was clean, spacious and had all necessary amenities. Easy to communicate with. 10/10 would stay again.
