Holiday rentals with a patio in Margate City

This was our second year staying at Stef And Keith's place. Our family loves the location, the short walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, coffee/ice cream shops, restaurants, Acme and Asbury Avenue. We thoroughly enjoyed having breakfast and drinking our morning coffee on the front porch. The place is very clean and had everything our family needed. The beds were comfortable, having a washer/dryer and beach chairs were a plus. Excellent communication with the hosts. Thank you Stef and Keith for hosting us again! We hope to be back!

Sue is an amazing host! We had a wonderful time at her place over Memorial Day weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it fit our needs perfectly. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs was a must! The apartment is steps from the beach and the bay—and walking distance to the amazing Brigantine market on Saturdays. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

A great place to stay! The rooms and restrooms were clean. The neighborhood was quiet. Everything is walking distance. Would recommend and would come back.

Sara's place was very clean and convenient. She also has a spice rack and coffee available. Lots of nice touches and very comfortable.

I can’t say enough about this special place. It was our first family trip with our toddler and this place was exactly what we needed. It was peaceful and very clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and they had a pack and play and high chair for our son along with toys and a book shelf which he loved. We are so thankful for the outdoor shower and beach chairs. We had such a great weekend and were so sad to leave. We hope to return in the near future.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The home was beautiful and the perfect size for our whole family. Kitchen is great. Bedrooms are comfortable and the showers are clean and have great water pressure. Great location. Close to the beach but also a nice quiet street. Thank you. We will be back

We really enjoyed staying at Jenna’s place. The house is very comfortable, and the location is great - very peaceful and quiet m, yet within a walking distance from a couple of great restaurants, right at the gorgeous bike path and a short drive to Ocean City.

We were looking for a large house to accommodate our big family for Thanksgiving. This house was perfect and the gourmet kitchen with the essentials for hosting plus more was a plus. The home had a cozy and warm feel throughout. The host had plenty of towels and wash cloths. Beds were made and each bedroom had its own TV. The host was very communicative and made sure we had a good stay. The home was also clean and made it feel like we were staying in a hotel. Would definitely use again!

Susie was a great host and very responsive. We had left a water bottle there and she was kind enough to ship it back to us. House was beautiful and we highly recommend staying here!

My stay was absolutely perfect. The house was better than I expected. Pasquelina was absolutely accommodating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The place was very clean and well appointed and beautiful. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. The location is perfect and a two minute walk to the beach. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Suzanne and co were great hosts--very responsive and quick to answer questions. The house was pretty sparse (pots and dishes but no salt and pepper, for example), but very clean and meticulously kept. Location made walks to the beach pleasant and easy, even for our two young kids. And the outdoor shower was comfortable and great for rinsing off. The beach itself was 10/10! Soft, clean sand, clear water, pretty sand dunes, peaceful boardwalk. Highly recommend the area and Suzanne made our stay comfortable and easy.

Michael was a pleasure to work with and very hospitable in every aspect! The condo was clean and as advertised. The view was amazing and those sunsets are worth the price of admission!

Russel was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and answered all of our questions promtly. The place was very clean and looked exactly like on the pictures. The distnce to the boardwalk and the beach was only 5 minutes away (walking distance). We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and we had an amazing time. We were able to use the bikes that were in the garage and ride them on the boardwalk. We highly recommend Russel as a host!

Monica’s place was perfect for me and my three children (ages 6, 9, and 11). From the thoughtful decor to the comfortable beds and well-organized kitchen, every detail was spot on. The home had everything we needed, and the smart washer and dryer were a huge plus—especially with kids! The highlight was definitely the rooftop deck, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening. The location is ideal—within walking distance to downtown and plenty of restaurants and shops along Asbury Ave. We also tried several of Monica’s restaurant recommendations, and they were all great. Monica communicated well and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. Her home was an excellent fit for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Don't hesitate to book Michael's place! The pictures don't do it justice. The condo was very clean and had everything you needed to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. From beach towels and an umbrella to shampoo soap.. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials including a variety of k cups for your morning cup of coffee! ! The location is perfect...just walk across the dunes and you are at a large guarded beach . You can even see the ocean from the upstairs balcony The included beach tags a nice amenity as well. Bringantine is a quiet, family friendly shore town and Michael's condo is the perfect place to call home while you are visiting.

This place was the perfect spot for a week away with my boyfriend. We wanted to be close to the beach (it is steps away!) and have a pool option. The condo was very clean and welcoming upon entry. It was stocked with everything we needed and there was a charming welcome basket, which was a warming touch. The hosts were very nice and responsive! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving 2024. We loved the place! Very nice kitchen - fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Great location - for shopping, gyms and restaurants. The host was fantastic! Very responsive. I hope we get to stay again soon. We will be back!

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.
