Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Margate City

A beautiful home, traditional historical beauty mixed with upgraded bathrooms and kitchens as needed for functions. Well equipped and very responsive owner. This home served our purposes perfectly, as the beds were good sizes for adults, and we had plenty of meeting spaces with adequate seating for all of us.

We had a great weekend celebrating Easter and my father’s 90th birthday. Julie and Michael’s place was immaculate! The kitchen was well very stocked. We loved having coffee on the spacious porch in the mornings. The house is very conveniently located to stores, playground, and the beach.

Beautiful spacious home with ocean views from the top balconies and a short walk to beach & boardwalk. Both units are a great option for family reunions & vacations. Any questions/issues quickly addressed and resolved. Thank you!

Mother's day weekend! My sister and my daughters enjoyed a lovely weekend at Alicia's place! The view kept us entertained for hours, watching birds, people watching and feeling the bay breeze. The short walk to the beach was easy and we managed to look for shells, watch the waves and take video of dolphins playing in the water. The condo had everything you could need and was well organized. There is plenty of room for a group like ours and more. Alicia was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. I recommend this place for anyone wanting the best of both - bay and beach! FYI, there are some stairs (second floor condo) but all in all, a great place to visit!

I've had the opportunity and pleasure to stay at several of CozyCohost's properties. Mr. Paul, is extremely friendly, accommodating and proactive to all of my questions, requests and or needs. I would recommend CozyCohost to anyone wishing for a peaceful place to relax.

House was beautiful, comfortable with plenty of space for everybody! Also, close location to boardwalk and beach! Would be great if there was a crockpot, and a few deep dish lasagna pans, muffin pan and some pyrex big pans to cook in for large groups.

Susie was a great host and very responsive. We had left a water bottle there and she was kind enough to ship it back to us. House was beautiful and we highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay. Some of the amusements were damaged by previous guests and we were unable to use.

We came to NJ for a two day beach trip and this place did not disappoint. The condo itself was in a great location, was beautiful and had the most amazing sunset view on the water, was nice and clean, and was just the perfect place to relax after a long day at the beach. The food recommendations were great too, we checked out Lascalas beach house for dinner with friends based off the recommendations we were given and it did not disappoint. Our friends were raving about the food and the atmosphere. Definitely a great place to stay and if we do visit again in the future we will definitely be back!!

Fantastic stay! The space was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. The home’s location was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood, which made it easy to come and go. Enjoyed the balcony to catch some rays… The host was excellent—extremely responsive and attentive, replying immediately to every question. I’d absolutely book again without hesitation!

Irina was one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. She is extremely sweet, welcoming and communicative. She went above & beyond for us, multiple times. The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was spacious, modern, clean & easy to settle into. It's fully equipped with what you need for your stay. The neighborhood was very quiet & there's a lot to do within a short distance. Overall, my friends & I would all highly recommend to everyone & would absolutely love staying here again in the future.

Sara's place was very clean and convenient. She also has a spice rack and coffee available. Lots of nice touches and very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The home is beautiful, spotless, and newly renovated. Even during the early spring/off-season, most stores and restaurants were open and just a short walk away. It was so relaxing to stroll to the beach, shops, restaurants, and ice cream without worrying about driving or parking. Highly recommend!

Great location close to boardwalk area making it very walkable. Enjoyed spending some time outside in the yard and deck. Plenty of outdoor space, seating, beds and bathrooms for large groups.

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

Our family stayed here for our spring break and had a wonderful time. Anthony’s home was incredible, beautifully maintained, and well-stocked. It is evident the moment you step inside, that every detail was thought of. The hot tub was AMAZING!!! and our dog enjoyed the big fenced yard…such a perk! We appreciated the binder with a list of favorite activities and restaurant menus…LOVED Fish & Fancy!!! Best crab cakes and Old Bay fries :) The home is within 15 minutes of both Cape May and Wildwoods… great location. Thanks so much your time and attention in making our trip truly memorable. We’ll definitely rent this house again!

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Villa. Manish was very helpful and welcoming. Location is amazing - beautiful view and so peaceful. We appreciated the fire pit and being able to use the kayaks. Thanks so much!
