We had a good stay overall. There was some noise from other guests on our only night, but the host responded quickly and took care of the issue right away. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Appreciate the great communication.

The reserved parking place at the church really made a difference. It was nice being able to walk to the Beauport Hotel and downtown waterfront Gloucester.

His place was very easy to find and very easy to get into. We had no issues and would definitely stay there again.

The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

This must have been among the best homes I ever stayed in (and I have been on Airbnb for over 10 years!). The place is bigger and classier than the photos convey. The beaches are indeed walking distance, the park where one finds one of the beaches is gorgeous, and if the weather does not cooperate (we had 4 perfect days!)one still finds off the beaten path historical sites and gardens (Long Hill) to visit. Salem is 10 min away. So is the North Shore Music Theater, which I recommend. Beverly is the perfect place from which to explore the North Shore (so much to see!), and Joi and Steve's home allows you to do so while feeling like a local. I hope to return!!

We loved our stay! The location is perfect & within walking distance to all restaurants, shops, etc. Check-in was seamless & Rachel was so helpful and communicative. Apartment is clean and well stocked. We’d look forward to coming back!

Can’t say enough about our beautiful stay in Salem at Christopher and Susan’s condo. They were so accommodating with our check in and check out schedule, and genuinely kind hearted hosts. The condo has even more amenities than listed and every thoughtful detail made our stay even more magical. The beds were comfortable and the home was immaculate. Christopher was extremely communicative when we had questions and we loved the recommendations of local places they left for us. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful time!

We just finished a weekend here and it was everything we hoped it would be! This house was so adorable and comfortable for our girls weekend. The bottom floor has an open kitchen/dining room space so it can seat everyone while hanging around cooking or just chatting. The living room was large and cozy for all of us to watch a movie together. The neighborhood is adorable and the neighbors are very kind and friendly, we had a few people help us with the best way to navigate into Salem. Every morning you’ll see dogs being walked and people out and about, it was the best! There was an option to sit outside and in a quiet spot if we wanted, we didn’t get a chance to but will next time. Robert was also extremely accommodating when some of our plans shifted due to a hurricane coming our way. This experience was above and beyond, it made our Salem girls weekend a 10/10. We’re ready to book again for next year. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We had such a wonderful time and Colleen was the perfect host! Very attentive if/when we had any questions. The home is incredibly charming and cozy and the beautiful Christmas decorations made for a festive stay! The location couldn’t have been more ideal…so peaceful and easy to find! Right around the corner from downtown, we took some nice walks since we were close to all the shops, cafe’s and restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking with Colleen…we will be back!

We had a lovely stay and Diana was super helpful and accommodating. She even pulled out a crib for our little one. The space is great and super comfy! It was amazing to be a 2min walk from the beach and 5min from others! Diana provided beach towels and lots of amenities which was great for our family. Would highly recommend!!

The home is beautiful! The view and neighborhood are amazing! We felt like we were in a movie. It was peaceful and quiet and had things to do to enjoy a nice evening. Definitely will be back!

We cannot praise Mimi and Manny highly enough. The place was beautiful, with every amenity needed to feel at home. Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and charming. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The unit was spacious, clean, easy to find, easy to check in, and peaceful. We particularly enjoyed the front porch. We stayed for three nights, and our every need was met. Highly recommend both the place, and the hosts, for anyone needing to stay in the area.

Everything was great , the place is as exactly as described , super clean and organized. plus it's located right in the heart of Salem so it was super easy and quick to get back home from after our walking tour! Tristan was a great host

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

The location is excellent and everything we wanted to do/see was within a 10 minute walk. 10/10 recommend and would absolutely love to stay here again! Beautifully appointed flat near downtown Boston and Logan airport! Three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms were appreciated. Great kitchen with nice appliances. Upscale feel. Third floor walk-up, so you need to be comfortable with stairs — but worth the climb! Responsive and friendly host Ana made us feel supported and welcome. Parking was a plus. Recommended!

Our stay at Jacob's place was great! We loved the location, communication was helpful, check-in was easy, and we appreciated the updated features of Jacob's place. We'd definitely stay here again!
