Our space features a full kitchen, dining room and living room (with twin sofa bed) on the first level and 1 king bedroom with full bathroom upstairs. Harbor Hideaway

A uniquely detailed single-floor unit in a 2 unit house featuring a large kitchen/dining room, living room, and a private cozy veranda. Queen Bedroom & additional sleeping for 2 with a deluxe air mattress. This space is perfect for couples, families with young children, or a single person. Only one dog allowed no cats. This unit is on the lower floor of a two-family house occasionally you can hear steps from the upstairs. PLEASE note parking on site is very tight small cars compact SUVs only.

Kick back and relax in this quaint refurbished carriage house, centrally located in Beverly, Massachusetts. Ours is a cozy, 2 bedroom & living room suite in an antique garden cottage with private bath and entrance and on site parking. It is attached to our home but is a separate private space with no shared living areas and its own patio English Garden. It is situated on 2 floors (bathroom upstairs). It is a short walk to beaches, shops, restaurants & historic sites. The suite has a small breakfast table, microwave, minifrig, Keurig, electric kettle & toaster, but not a full kitchen.

The ceilings are low (this is Marblehead, after all), and the space is the downstairs unit of a three level house. Anyone over about 6 feet will need to watch their head!
