Monthly Rentals in Marazzino

The boat is in great condition and very clean. We spent 3 nights on the boat and also booked 2 sailing trips with Andrea & Ralph. The two are great hosts and responded promptly to our questions and messages. The boat is in the port of Santa Theresa. This also allows the use of the port's sanitary facilities and showers free of charge, which further increases comfort. We felt completely comfortable and had a great time. Thank you!

Overall, the whole situation there was a lot to me personally. The house with its yard and garden is not far from the sea(3 km) in the middle of a small collection of houses. It is possible to have a quiet secluded existence there. There is a good pizzeria nearby. The spacious apartment is well furnished. The owner Nuccia is extremely friendly and her acquaintance was an enrichment for me. I had a wonderful time there. The car I was able to park in the yard was quite important to me.

We had a wonderful week at Ivano's house. The communication and welcome were very warm. The house is wonderfully located in the countryside and yet the beaches, sights and shopping in the north of Sardinia are good and quick to reach. The house and the spacious outdoor area were well maintained and clean. As a welcome, there was a generous welcome gift with all kinds of Sardinian delicacies, homemade cookies and local liqueurs. We were delighted and would return at any time. Thank you Ivano for the wonderful time in your house. IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER!

Andreas is a great host. The place is truly amazing from many aspects. First, the house is perched on the side of a hill with amazing views. The property has many places to sit and hang out throughout the property. There is an outdoor gym plus 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes for exploring the hills along the sea. The drive into town is about 8 minutes, easy. I would highly recommend this place! As others have mentioned, the photos do not capture the beauty of this property. We had an amazing stay. There were four adults. You could have six and not feel cramped because fo the outdoor living space. Overall,10 out of 10.
