The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

We had a fantastic stay and the apartment was in a great location a stones throw away from the beach & shops and had a private entrance which was great and very well equipped for an air b&b. Everything was lovely very clean and such friendly hosts & very flexible and super helpful every step of the way. A great find & good value for money 😃

The accommodation is perfect, super well equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, dishes etc). It is located in a very nice residence with sea views and the beach is accessible within a 5-min walk very easily. The bus opposite takes you to the large station of Torrevieja from where you can take buses to other cities. Only small downside: the toilets, difficult to use because they are placed in front of the sinks and therefore not enough space, it can be complicated for tall people or elderly people etc.

Everything was very correct.

Super clean, has all amenities. Beautiful surroundings. Even though it is "far" from the center, it has the basic services within walking distance. Parking space right next to the elevators. Would be happy to return one day.

Sam's place is great, exactly in the photos, tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable, intimate, not missing detail. Perfect place to rest. We had a great few days, like at home. We will definitely repeat. Thank you very much Sam!!!!

David is always available, and Pedro, his trusted person, is super nice. The pool is great and the apartment is great, small but very comfortable.

The stay was great, we felt at home. Everything was very clean and the pool was wonderful. The host was very attentive and pleasant and the person in charge of receiving us too. The accommodation is exactly as seen in the photos. Also on arrival they cover the security cameras, so there is absolute privacy.

Everything is perfect. The house is great, better than in the photos, with space inside and outside the house, to spend a few days with family or friends with everything you need. The setting is wonderful, within the Calblanque park and the beaches are close by car, although you could get to some of them by taking a short route. Communication has been very fluid and they have been very attentive at all times. Thank you for waiting for us on our arrival, for giving us more time on our departure, and for everything else. I hope to return soon!

Our stay was excellent. The house was spotless, equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, Débora was incredibly friendly, always available, very communicative and flexible with our schedules. Without a doubt, an experience that we would repeat and recommend without any hesitation. Thank you very much for everything!

Paula, the host, is super friendly and takes all the time to tell you with enthusiasm what you can do where. The house is very nicely furnished. With taste and attention to every detail. You can really feel at home there!

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Absolutely stunning accommodation and location. Caroline’s photos were fantastic but even they could not do justice to this wonderful place. Caroline’s style and taste is classy and elegant and it makes this a fantastic place to stay. The complex is stunningly beautiful and the pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Bars, shops, restaurants are within easy walking distance. Caroline is a lovely, engaging host and we will definitely be returning.

Very comfortable apartment, perfect for what we needed for a few nights to extend our stay! Beautiful sunset watched from the terrace! Brilliant communication from Karlee throughout the booking and very friendly. Check in was ideal, fantastic communication and very understanding, can’t fault at all! We’d definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Although it is at the end of the sleeve and it gets a little heavy going for the traffic, it's worth it. The area is very nice, quiet and with a good swim at the beach. The house is spectacular, very comfortable and with spectacular views. The balcony it has is 10. You have all the services nearby and some sensational chiringuitos. Also, the hosts are spectacular, very nice, and always respond to everything and fast. It is highly recommended!!!

It was a wonderful stay. The apartment had everything you need. A lot was already there . Also ice cream and chips for the kids . Flexible check out and great recommendation were given to us. The pool is great and everything is within walking distance and we were with 4 children . There was even shampoo and everything possible. Thank you it was beautiful. Thank you

Everything as described in the ad. Communication with Pepe was fast and smooth and he provided us with absolutely all the requests we asked for. We definitely recommend it. Thank you very much Pepe for that wonderful bottle of wine from your land.

One of the best apartments in the area and the urbanization. You are literally above the beach. As it is in an area without a promenade, at night you can only hear the sound of the sea, an incredible feeling. The apartment is not missing anything, you can tell that Isabel is really leaving her second residence. Apartments like that make airbnb great, a wonder to have enjoyed it. We'll be back for sure. It's a third party without an elevator, but in our case it wasn't a problem.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Very clean apartment, very nice contact with the hostess and also with the staff on site. Very nice sea and quiet. Clean, beautiful pool facility. Car is highly recommended for families. The osmosis system was the special thing, very convenient. We will be happy to come back.
