Muy buen estancia, y flexibles con la hora de llegada y salida.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie auf den Fotos – super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, falls Fragen aufkamen. Die Lage war ebenfalls top: ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral, sodass man alles schnell erreichen konnte. Ich habe mich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt und komme definitiv gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

We had a fantastic stay and the apartment was in a great location a stones throw away from the beach & shops and had a private entrance which was great and very well equipped for an air b&b. Everything was lovely very clean and such friendly hosts & very flexible and super helpful every step of the way. A great find & good value for money 😃

Le logement est parfait, super bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, vaisselles etc). Il est situé dans une résidence très sympathique avec vue sur la mer et la plage accessible à moins de 5min à pied très facilement. Le bus en face vous emmène à la grande station de Torrevieja d’où vous pourrez prendre des cars pour vous rendre dans d’autres villes. Seul petit bémol : les toilettes, difficile à utiliser car sont placés devant le lavabos et donc pas assez de place, cela peut être compliqué pour les personnes de grande taille ou personne âgée etc

Fijn ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Dichtbij Mar en zee. Snel en fijn contact met Javier en Mari Carmen die ons ontving. Leuke omgeving om te wandelen, auto is noodzakelijk om dingen te ondernemen. Alles kwam overeen met de fotos, alleen de wasmachine is aan vervanging toe (maakt heel veel herrie). Wifi ook zeer stabiel, met 2 personen hebben we er 2 maanden remote gewerkt zonder problemen. Al met al een zeer fijn verblijf gehad, waarbij Javier altijd snel en adequaat reageerde op verzoeken.

Sentimo-nos muito bem, como em casa. Tem todas as comodidades à disposição. Estadia impecável!

El alojamiento de Sam es genial, exactamente a las fotos, decorado con buen gusto, limpio, cómodo, íntimo, no le falta detalle. Un lugar perfecto para descansar. Hemos pasado unos dias estupendos, como en casa. Sin duda alguna repetiremos. Muchas gracias Sam!!!!

David siempre está disponible,además Pedro, su persona de confianza es súper agradable. La piscina estupenda y el apartamento genial, pequeño pero muy cómodo.

La estancia ha sido estupenda, nos hemos sentido como en casa. Estaba todo muy limpio y la piscina maravillosa. El anfitrión ha sido muy atento y agradable y la persona encargada de recibirnos también. El alojamiento está tal cual se ve en las fotos. Además al llegar tapan las cámaras de seguridad, así que hay privacidad absoluta.

Todo perfecto. La casa está genial, mejor que en las fotos, con espacio dentro y fuera de la vivienda, para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos con todo lo que necesitas. El entorno es maravilloso, dentro del parque de Calblanque y las playas cerca en coche aunque se podría llegar haciendo una ruta corta a alguna de ellas. La comunicación ha sido muy fluida y han estado muy atentos en todo momento. Gracias por esperarnos en nuestra llegada, por dejarnos más tiempo en nuestra salida, y por todo lo demás. Espero volver pronto!

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. La casa estaba impecable, equipada con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Además, Débora fue increíblemente amable, siempre disponible, muy comunicativa y flexible con nuestros horarios. Sin duda, una experiencia que repetiríamos y recomendaríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Paula, de host, is super vriendelijk en neemt alle tijd om je met enthousiasme te vertellen wat je waar kunt doen. Het huis is heel mooi ingericht. Met smaak en aandacht voor ieder detail. Je kunt je er echt thuisvoelen!

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

Absolutely stunning accommodation and location. Caroline’s photos were fantastic but even they could not do justice to this wonderful place. Caroline’s style and taste is classy and elegant and it makes this a fantastic place to stay. The complex is stunningly beautiful and the pool areas are beautiful and well maintained. Bars, shops, restaurants are within easy walking distance. Caroline is a lovely, engaging host and we will definitely be returning.

Very comfortable apartment, perfect for what we needed for a few nights to extend our stay! Beautiful sunset watched from the terrace! Brilliant communication from Karlee throughout the booking and very friendly. Check in was ideal, fantastic communication and very understanding, can’t fault at all! We’d definitely stay again if visiting the area!

Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man benötigt. Es war vieles schon vorhanden . Auch Eis und Chips für die Kinder . Flexibler Check out und tolle Empfehlung wurden uns gegeben . Der Pool ist super und alles fußläufig zu erreichen und wir waren mit 4 Kindern . Es war sogar Shampoo und alles mögliche vorhanden. Wir bedanken uns es war wunderschön. Danke

Todo tal cual las descripciones del anuncio. la comunicación con Pepe era rápida y fluida y nos facilitó absolutamente todas las peticiones que le solicitamos. Sin duda lo recomendamos. Muchas gracias Pepe por esa maravillosa botella de vino de tu tierra.

Uno de los mejores pisos de la zona y de la urbanización. Estas, literalmente, encima de la playa. Como esta en una zona sin paseo marítimo, por las noches sólo se oye el sonido del mar, una sensación increíble. Al piso no le falta de nada, se nota que Isabel realmente te esta dejando su segunda residencia. Pisos así son los que hacen grande a airbnb, una maravilla haberlo disfrutado. Repetiremos seguro. Es un tercero sin ascensor, pero en nuestro caso no ha sido ningún problema.

We had a lovely stay. The villa was well-equipped, immaculate and modern. Our only negative comment was that the shower was very poor. No pressure at all and so the water came out with a trickle. Not really enough to have a proper shower. It was very close to shops, bars and restaurants.

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

Sehr saubere Wohnung, sehr netter Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin und auch mit dem Personal vor Ort. Sehr schönes Meer und ruhig. Saubere, schöne Pool Anlage. Auto ist für Familien dringend zu empfehlen. Das besondere fanden wir die Osmoseanlage, sehr praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
