Excellent accommodation, between the Minor Sea and the Mediterranean Sea. We felt right at home, a short walk from the beach, from the windows and terraces you could see the sea. The host was pending at all times and was very quick to respond to messages. Definitely an experience to repeat! We loved the area and we rested which was what we were looking for. I recommend 100%

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

We spent 4 weeks in the apartment and had a fantastic stay. The apartment’s location is superb- there are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants close by and a great Supercor supermarket a short walk away. Both the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean are within easy walking distance and the location on the Marina is fabulous. The apartment is spacious and the outside spaces are perfect. The sunsets are amazing from the terraces looking out across the marina and the mar menor. Gonzalo was very helpful and accommodating as we were considerably delayed in checking in.

We absolutely loved our stay at Sany’s place. The hosts were brilliant at responding to any queries we had and very helpful to our needs. We were travelling with two young kids, the enclosed court yard was beautiful to sit out in the sun and the kids could safely play under the shade of the lovely fig tree. The pool area is gorgeous and everyone was very friendly. It is tastefully decorated and we felt right at home with all our usual amenities. The place is located right beside the coastal walk and we would stroll 5 mins down to the beach for a coffee in the morning. It is also only a few minutes walk to the main strip where there is a wide variety of restaurants and bars. Thank you Sany and Pedro for a lovely stay.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This house is really well equipped with everything you might need even Sunbeds and beach towels. It is in a lovely quiet and safe complex close to the sea.

Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! This townhouse is perfect. Everything you could need in a house was included and really well labelled with instructions and info. Spotlessly clean with really thoughtful additions to make our stay very welcoming. A lot of care and attention has gone into hosting guests here. Sam was easy to reach and very prompt to rely. Nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous host and I’d definitely recommend. Lots of info ready to hand and this town house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for our stay. Thank you!

A lovely little house. Private shaded patio area leading out to the communal pool & lovely sunny roof terrace. Has everything you need for eating in. Beds are very comfortable too. The sea is 2 minutes walk from the house & had a few nice cafes open even in November! I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great family holiday here and could not recommend this place enough! If you have the opportunity to go, please do! The property itself was modern, well kept, clean and beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing. The host left toys and balls to play with. This was great for kids. The neighbour was undergoing some construction but nothing that interfered with our experience. A short walk away was a beautiful lagoon, gym, play area, crazy golf, basketball court. It was so much fun. The supermarkets were local and the kitchen was great to host lovely dinners/lunch and breakfast. The local town is also worth a visit. The host was friendly and responsive. They were also very helpful. 10/10! Will definitely be back! Thanks very much !

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

A perfect stay. From our arrival to our departure, everything went very well. The accommodation is really very clean and matches the photos perfectly. The large courtyard, warm and sheltered from any view is really a plus. The bedding is also a positive point, unlike what is regularly found in mobile homes, Silvana provides "real" bed bases and mattresses in the rooms that allow you to have a good night's sleep. The welcome is very good, Silvana explained everything to us well, in addition she is very attentive, checking in on us during the stay to make sure we had everything we needed, then preparing cold drinks and snacks for us.

Everything is perfect. The house is great, better than in the photos, with space inside and outside the house, to spend a few days with family or friends with everything you need. The setting is wonderful, within the Calblanque park and the beaches are close by car, although you could get to some of them by taking a short route. Communication has been very fluid and they have been very attentive at all times. Thank you for waiting for us on our arrival, for giving us more time on our departure, and for everything else. I hope to return soon!

We had a really nice few days. The house is very comfortable, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Ideal for children. The house directly overlooks the sand, so coming and going from the beach to the house is very easy and fast. The sea is quiet and nothing deep, ideal for small children. It has double windows and blinds, you can't hear any outside noise and you can rest at night peacefully. The garage under the house is very comfortable. They have been very attentive and kindly responded to each and every one of the messages. There are several shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very safe and quiet Everything has been perfect. Wonderful place. Recommended one hundred percent!!

Our stay was excellent. The house was spotless, equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay. In addition, Débora was incredibly friendly, always available, very communicative and flexible with our schedules. Jose was very kind and helpful. You needed just ask and he replied fast and when needed help he helped. He is the best landlord what we ever have had after many years using Airbnb. He also recommended some restaurants which was nice. The place was clean with beautiful scenery. And amazing sunsets, perfect location to see them every evening. Nice and quiet neigborhood.
