Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastisk opphold! Vi hadde et kjempefint opphold i denne leiligheten! Den var moderne, ren og veldig godt utstyrt – alt vi trengte var på plass. Kjøkkenet hadde godt med utstyr, senger og sofa var komfortable, og det var deilig med aircondition. Bassengområdet var nydelig og godt vedlikeholdt, perfekt for både avslapning og en forfriskende dukkert. Beliggenheten var også super – rolig og fredelig, men fortsatt nær butikker, restauranter og strand. Verten var hjelpsom og lett å kommunisere med hele veien. Anbefales på det varmeste 👍

Casa totalmente recomendable, equipada con todas las comodidades y muy muy limpia, no falta ningún detalle Ubicada en una zona tranquila, con multitud de jardines para pasear y cerca de la playa del mar menor. Sin duda repetiremos David - Larisa - Atreyu

What a fantastic place to stay for our visit to Cartagena! Carlos’s house was beautifully furnished, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. The house felt very airy and light which was great for us. The kitchen was a perfect size for our needs and the dining area and lounge were great for relaxing. The bathrooms were just right, with good space and very clean and tidy. The bedroom was a relaxing place to rest and sleep at the end of a busy day visiting sites, restaurants etc. The roof terrace was fantastic, so good to be able to sit up there and enjoy a coffee and glass of wine. Right from the initial communications Carlos gave us all the information we needed to get to the house as well as information about places to eat and things to see / do. Engaging with Carlos was great he was friendly, professional and polite. I also appreciated that he didn’t bombard us with messages, he just gave us exactly what we needed. A great place to stay, a fantastic host, thank you so much ☺

Wat een leuke tijd hebben wij gehad in Villa La Paz! Alles in het huis kwam overeen met de foto’s dus wij waren bij binnenkomst meteen enthousiast! Het huis is vrij nieuw en schoon (wat voor ons een pré is)! Het huis is leuk en ruimtelijk ingericht. We hebben 3 weken daar gezeten en alles was tot in de puntjes goed geregeld! Communicatie liep ook soepel en we kregen overal snel reactie op! Onze complimenten naar de zwembad beheerder. Wat een aardige man! We hebben een paar dagen wat problemen met het zwembad maar dat werd meteen aangepakt! Super! Dus overall een super stay! Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Tip: het is een vrij rustige omgeving dus je moet er wel op uit (als je daar van houdt). San Javier is 15-20 min rijden. Ze hebben een leuke shopping mall, leuke restaurants en mooie stranden!

The villa is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, there are lots of lovely social areas, so with 7 adults and 4 children it still felt very spacious. The beach is a very short walk down a quiet road and there is a great restaurant with beautiful views. There are plenty of eating options around and a supermarket nearby (a very useful wheely trolley is provided in the house!). Leif and Sylwie, were really helpful and great at communicating. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views of the ocean. It was very clean, a comfortable bed, peaceful and well equipped for home cooking. Nearest Spa shop is only half a mile away. There are regular buses just outside the apartment and it's also perfect for cycling. Easy to access through the indoor parking especially as the weather was bad on our arrival. Lovely flat walks along the the coastline where we saw flamingos & other sealife. An ideal spot for surfers. We were unfortunate with the weather but the apartment was so lovely that we enjoyed being inside looking at the ocean. Mercedes responded quickly to any quieres and her son was also very helpful. La Manga is an 18km strip of land in the middle of the ocean so it was handy to have the car to explore further afield. Cartagena is a lovely old city and port, worth a visit. There are also pretty coves nearby ideal for swimming. Overall it was a wonderful experience with lasting memories of the beautiful ocean.

Fue un maravilloso fin de semana en familia, el lugar super acogedor, la piscina es impresionante y nos acompañó un muy buen clima, mi bb perruno disfrutó mucho del lugar también, y en general nos gustó todo, las montañas, la tranquilidad y ambiente. Volvería sin dudarlo

Ha sido unos días estupendos en este apartamento donde tenía todo lujo de detalles. Volvería a ir sin dudarlo. El sitio muy recomendable.

El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza se refiere. La casa es muy amplia, cómoda y está decorada con gusto. Los 3 baños tienen bañera y ducha. Urbanización de lujo, muy tranquila y con seguridad las 24 horas. La construcción de gran calidad, ventanas de pvc, contraventanas, mosquiteras...etc. Buena climatizacion frio-calor. La comunicación con Jorge ha sido muy cordial y fluida de principio a fin de nuestra estancia. Hemos pasado unos días estraordinarios, ¡volveremos!

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable, el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, la playa adyacente deja mucho que desear pero a 15m en coche se encuentran playas magníficas y la piscina comunitaria es muy buena. Tuvieron varios detalles en el apartamento que son de agradecer, en general ha sido una muy buena experiencia.

Comunicación excelente rápida y fácil con anfitriones, apartamento totalmente nuevo e impecable y en una zona ideal. Para recomendar y repetir, gracias por todo!

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views . The only complaint I have as I didn’t book to stay longer . Waking up to views of the sea is simply heaven . Location is peaceful and close to everything you need. Moises was very helpful with anything I needed. I can’t wait to return :)

Un alojamiento perfecto para descansar y respirar paz. El pueblo algo desierto y el agua de esa zona tiene muchas algas aunque hay playas muy bonitas cerca e ideales para el baño. Se echó en falta algo para refrescar el salón porque hacia calor. Por lo demás genial

Todo genial, Nancy muy amable y atenta en todo momento, el apartamento está situado en una zona muy bonita y tranquila, muy recomendable.

Paul was very communicative and helpful, even going the extra mile to borrow a bike for us. The apartment was as described, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Very close to beautiful beaches with walks along the seafront to other areas with a few nice cafes on the way. Value for money, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Le descriptif correspondait à notre attente , entretien avec Nathalie toujours cordial et agréable , une gentille pensée aussi pour Ana et Jane qui ont toujours répondu amicalement à nos demandes, vraiment un contact amical et professionnel , merci car nous avons passé un agréable séjour et partant pour revenir Cordialement BARTHE Joël

The apartment is large and bright, very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed and kitted out with everything you would need for your stay. The view is amazing, you could never tire from sitting on the balcony day or evening. There is a walk way in front of the apartment but it is never noisy, infact in the daytime, you hardly see anyone. The jetty is a great spot to sit and read or swim in the lagoon. The town has some restaurants and a few bars, if your driving there are other resorts close by. I would definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Communication with Dave and Bryan was also good.

Das Haus im Nationalpark ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet innen und aussen. We die Natur liebt ist hier genau richtig. Olga hat schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, da auch das Wetter toll war und die Nächte nicht zu kalt . Sehr Empfehlenswert

Great place with views of the ocean. It has everything needed. It was really quiet when we stayed there although it’s located in a commercial plaza. It was not peak season so that’s probably the reason. Great communication with host, very responsive. It was a little challenging to find the place because of the setup so make sure to get instructions on how to find it.

El apartamento como en las fotos está nuevo , la piscina y zonas comunes todo perfecto, limpio y bien conservado . La zona es tranquila y la climatización de la casa excelente .
