It’s simply a home away from home. Right from booking to check out, we it very homely. Dee was very helpful with booking and she is a very kind- hearted, friendly person. Dee’s father Venugopal uncle was waiting for us at the home before our arrival and we had a long conversations, sharing his experiences and life. He is gem of a person and explained about the facilities available in the home. The interiors are really beautiful and Dee has tried maximum to incorporate sustainability elements. Even the bath towel and face pack has been sourced locally to support local communities. Altogether , it was a great experience and will visit this home again.

perfect for upto family of 10. very peaceful! surrounded by water with beautiful sunset. property is not on the water a d access is tricky with larger vehicles. food was 5*. perfect to stay disconnected and spend quality time with family. coins are missing for the games but otherwise enough entertainment space.

The place was absolutely amazing and homely. Mr. Balu has gone to great lengths to ensure the guests feel at home. The house was spotless and spacious, Mr. Balu was very proactive in providing all necessary instructions and ensuring our stay was very pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a homely stay in Cochin!

The place was exactly as described and filled with complete with extra complementary beverages and snacks in and out the pantry. Peaceful place that is rich with greenery and the Chalakudy river by the walking distance from the house was a rich experience for us as a family. Ajith Sir was there throughout attending to our needs and request with kind manner. Overall, the place was calm, peaceful with greeneries and the people in it. Will return again soon!
