The place looks exactly like the photos. It was well maintained and full of amenities which are described. The hosts are very good and responsive. There places gives you nice traditional Konkani vibes. I would recommend going here during early monsoon or Winter.

Well, we stayed here for 2 nights and the place is amazing just as described in the photos. It's just a min or two walk to beach just little hindrance due to broken stairs at beach. But very very close by beach. Also the location is perfect with lots of food options just outside of door. The home is too good aesthetically and all the amenities are also well thought. Special thanks to Amol for arranging the doctor on short notice in medical emergency. Also the cook had cooked amazing food and also as per our request and requirement :-) All in all a very well thought and beautifully decorated villa in Nagaon. Will definitely revisit and recommend.

Although we didn’t get chance to meet Rashmi, she has been a very good host by providing information proactively and checking on us during our stay. The biggest attraction for us was of the private pool which was maintained very well. The surprise was the lovely caretaker couple Amit & Aditi. Amit was friendly and smiling whereas Aditi dished out tasty dishes. Her ukadiche modak were really yummy and we ended up ordering again next day. Another thing that we liked was that kitchen was well equipped with basic cooking ingredients and barbecue set came in handy in the night. We enjoyed this place as a family and we would definitely like to visit again.

Beautiful, hygienic and peaceful place with decent amenities. The caretaker , Pavan, was an excellent chap. He was always there to help and guide. Only suggestion is that it'd be nice if the have a cloth hanger in the room. Rest, everything was good to the T.
