Holiday rentals with beach access in Manchester-by-the-Sea

Graham's place was very enjoyable to stay at! We were very comfortable and everything was very nice.

This is the dream location — minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. They have everything you need. We had our 4 month old with us and were totally comfortable.

This is a great place close to the airport and Salem! It was a cute and cozy little spot, just right for us. It’s about an hour from the heart of Boston. There’s a fun playground near the beach that our daughter loved playing at. The hosts were super welcoming, kind and responsive!

This was a great place to relax and explore after a busy week of travel. We loved the peaceful setting and the proximity (by car) to both Rockport and Gloucester. Gina's place is clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped and the grill is convenient. We especially enjoyed the deck and the view down to the water. Walking to the beach was easy and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Gina was accessible and responsive, as needed. The space was a perfect place to spend the last several days of our vacation, especially since we had decent weather. The ability to enjoy the deck made a big difference to us. Kim was very responsive and friendly from the initial booking all the way throughout our stay. The space itself was lovely, comfortable and clean - just like the photos! The location is great - walkable to just about everything in Salem. So glad we picked this spot for our visit!

We’ve always wanted to visit Salem and Deborah’s place was the perfect home-base. It’s unique in the best of ways and has wonderful New England character, charm, and aesthetic, while also being modern and clean. It’s a 10 minute walk to Max’s house from Hocus Pocus, which we wanted to see, and a great waterfront beach park. The beds are super comfy, and the linens are luxurious. The place was spotless and comfortable and we would gladly return for a longer stay.

Excellent location in the action in Beverly, and close to Salem. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Quiet street. All good!

My son was graduating from Landmark High School. He is a boarding student so we needed a place close by. There was room for his extended family. The kids loved the games and activities.

Kat is far and away the best host I've ever met. She gave us full tour of her home, and recommended many local shops and restaurants. She provided snacks, breakfast groceries, toiletries, beach towels and chairs, and more. It felt like more like we were visiting a family member's home than renting an airbnb. Her home is beautiful. The mattresses are comfy and she offers different types of sheets/blankets for whatever kind of sleeper you may be. She has a full kitchen with appliances/cookware. As the listing says, certain cars may have a hard time with parking. We rented a Rav 4 and it was a bit tight but we didn't have a problem. Anything larger than a Rav 4 would probably be incompatible with the narrow driveway. If I could rate our experience over a 5/5, I would.

We stayed at Katie’s home over a weekend to celebrate my sisters upcoming marriage. Ever person spent the weekend gushing about how adorable this place was. It was full of charm and we LOVED it. We had a bonfire, walked to the beach, and loved having an outdoor space to hang out. Katie was wonderful and responsive! She was so kind and flexible. This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had.

this house was peaceful. it was clean and quiet. The town has a lot to do. the nearby beaches were beautiful. Highly recommend this property for a pleasant and peaceful getaway.

Cozy & comfortable house & convenient location for our visit to Gloucester for family wedding. Loved that it was walkable to market for coffee or lunch AND the beach. Weather not great while we were there but lots of games, puzzles, etc in the house to keep us entertained. Diane was very attentive, offered early check-in which we took advantage of. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot! Incredibly clean, homey, and has everything you need. Her backyard was a gem to get some needed R&R. Highly recommend!

The perfect place to rest after a long day exploring the area! (little harbor lobster rolls are even better the second time)

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Marblehead was a perfect fit for us. Dog friendly, quaint cafes, shops, and restaurants. Beautiful area full of history and wonderful water views. This old Victorian house was charming, fully stocked with everything you’d have at home, comfortable furniture, and even special treats and drinks to enjoy.

We had a great stay in Boston. We really appreciated being able to drop our luggage off in locked storage since our flight got in early. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores just a short walk away. Additionally, it took us about 3 minutes to walk to the closest T station for easy access to the airport and downtown. The Airbnb was very well equipped, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. Thank you Ali for a fantastic stay!

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

This is the best u can find in Boston. The place is sooo clean and u can find everything u need. It is another level than a hotel with much better price. There’s a subway station with a few minutes of walk and a convenience store just across the street. I rate 100 stars out of 5!!!!!

The place was described and looked like the pictures. Nice location place was spotless,Even in the hallways and lobbies.Husband loved the snacks.(he’s a junk food junkie.) Nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We have been going to Hampton for a quick 3-4 day getaways for 35 + years and I would highly recommend this place.
