This Apartment is spacious, easy to manage and offers a gorgeous view. The Apartment is well located and was suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children.

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Lives up to the description to provide a comfortable quiet spot, well served with transport and other infrastructure. Views are magnificent - especially sunset. Easy to settle in with shops directly underneath the apartment complex. Secure off street parking also a big plus point. Hosts seem to anticipate all issues and provided prompt responses to any others.

Beautiful spot with heaps of nice walks and parks surrounding the property so plenty to see and do on your stay. We had the lucky pleasure of booking during Autumn. St kilda rd is covered in beautiful autumn trees which was picturesque! Really good sound proofing for when you want to close the city out but also at a good height and cornered apartment so felt comfortable enjoying the balcony when we had a rain free moment. I had great sleeps in the comfortable beds provided. The large modern kitchens and bathrooms were appreciated and they were well kept. Cleaners do a good job! 9.7/10 would stay again and highly recommend The only negative, and I have to suggest that you should park your car out front and unload before parking in the building. The offered space is on the second floor in the basement which had no elevator, so you have to walk the length of the basement and up a ramp to the first floor basement where the lift was. This felt strenuous to us as we had to do multiple trip!

Great place with beautiful views to the city. Restaurants, cafes and shops in walking distance. The apartment was clean.

Jordyns property was exactly as pictured in the listing. It was clean, well equipped, and conveniently located. We loved the city view from the balcony and the comfy bed!! Indeed a perfect property for our weekend break. We will definitely be booking in again sometime!! Thanks Jordyn..

We absolutely loved our stay and were grateful to call this wonderful apartment “home” if only for one night! The host was very responsive and friendly, making us feel supported and welcome. The thorough instructions provided made check-in and check-out easy and stress free. The central location was perfect for our needs and I would love to stay again future. Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

The hosts were very hospitable and accommodating to our needs and really made our stay extremely pleasant! The place is huge even for a family of 8, not to mention the spectacular view from level 59! Definitely value for money and highly recommended for those looking for a place to stay in the CBD area.

This airbnb was so convenient! The ALDI was closer than I thought. The Korean fried chicken down the road next to the bottle shop there is also a huge recommmendation! Everything was so nice on this trip and was well worth the money. Thanks Brendan!

At a difficult time with family sickness our hosts were so kind, thoughtful and accomodating.

A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

This place was amazing! From the moment I made the booking, Nicola was responsive and very welcoming to deal with. Nothing was missed and everything was taken care of from milk in the fridge to treats upon our arrival. The beds were comfy and the house was warm and stylish. We really had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend staying there to anyone.

It was walking distance to the best pubs and restaurants in Melbourne. The beds were very comfy. It was stylish and clean. The host was friendly and super responsive… and helped me pick up my forgotten rings after checkout in a lovely way. One room was whisper quiet. The other had some traffic noise, but nothing but normal car sounds. If you’re looking to explore Collingwood, Smith St and Brunswick st it’s pretty much the perfect spot!

One of the best AirBNB’s we have stayed at. Lovely quiet house with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Really well set up and good access to public transport. Harrison was a terrific host as well. I would highly recommend this place.
