Mr Cheng was very friendly and polite. When i had a couple small questions, he was very quick to respond and was very helpful. Check-in and instruction were very clear and easy to follow. The place was nice and clean and presented well. It was perfect for what we were looking for the long weekend. I would re-book in the future if we are ever around the area again. Thank you.

Great apartment. Host has clearly thought things through. Excellent building - well maintained and exceptional security. Very quiet and peaceful. Apartment has all the facilities that you require - wifi with access to a large number of channels/apps including Netflix/YT. Washing machine & dryer. Modern bathroom and kitchen. Spacious showers. Large balcony. Hard to find fault with this place or the Host. Highly recommended. Would stay here again without a thought.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 toy poodles. The flat was beautifully styled. We could walk to some wonderful cafes and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend.

I stayed here for 3 months and was very happy with the experience. It had everything I needed for day to day life. 5 minute walk to the train station that takes you straight to the CBD. 15 minute walk to all kinds of shops and grocery stores. Good wifi. Good water pressure. Bed was comfortable. No complaints!

Great play, excellent communication and handy location to trains and trams

This home is very clean and very new, the balcony is spacious, the house owner is very friendly, the surrounding facilities are full, the environment is beautiful, there are big parks, close to shopping malls, food shopping, cinema.Highly recommended.

Great place to stay and had everything in it that you could possibly need. Breakfast items, fruit, cheese & crackers was a lovely find in the fridge.

This is a fantastic place to stay- super quiet, really beautifully furnished and so comfortable to spend time in. The area is really lovely and very walkable to the beach and transport links. Would love to stay here again!

This is our favourite place when we visit Melbourne. We have stayed at Allan’s place over the last few years. It is absolutely perfect, homely and an excellent, modern unit with everything you need! Located in a perfect spot in Hawthorn East! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and transport. We will certainly look to stay at this AirBnB if it is available. Allan is the perfect host, he is always supportive and of assistance to make your stay welcome and memorable.

Perfect place for 2 couples to explore Melbourne. Close walk to Malvern Station and even closer to Potsticker, one of Melbourne's finest Chinese restaurants. Clean, neat and well described.

My stay at Emily's could not have been better. Any time I needed to communicate with her, she was right there with a response. Her place is gorgeous and she has thought of everything to make her guests stay feel like home away from home. The kitchen is so well stocked. The bed is exquisitely comfortable. Superb. Our 9 day stay at Paul & Dan's place was excellent. The check in process was smooth and the appartment had a homely atmosphere. We needed an appartment which was spacious, as we have two busy toddlers, and this appartment fitted that requirement perfectly. The appartment was spotless and had amazing views. The building has a variety of amenities that are easily accessible. The infinity pool on the 9th floor kept the toddlers busy for hours. The parking space accommodated an 8 seater vehicle, which was great because not many parking spots in Melbourne can do so. Overall, this booking exceeded all of our requirements. Lastly, about the hosts, Paul, Dan & their teams interactions with us were smooth, friendly and accurate. Should the need arise, I would def book one of their listings again. Restful secure place to stay after spending days with grandchildren

I was in Melbourne on a work trip and Mary's was an ideal place to base myself. Had great facilities in the room, as well as in the broader complex. heated swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a real treat. also a great rooftop which was ideal as a working space too...

Henfry’s place was the perfect base for our trip to Melbourne. Henfry left clear instructions for parking, check in and the apartment’s amenities. We really enjoyed the pool! We had a very positive experience and would happily stay again.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Vintage Melbourne available at a great price! The location is excellent. Within walking distance to all St. Kilda has to offer as well as easy access to public transportation. Parking was always available in front of the house but the option for a private spot is included. Great value!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

Kim’s apartment was cozy and spacious! The facilities that came with the apartment were fantastic! The location of the apartment was also convenient with multiple tram services at the stop right infront of the building. Overall, it was a great stay! 😊
