An Absolutely Perfect Stay in Goa! 🌟 I had the most amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa in Goa! Everything about this place was just perfect – from the immaculate cleanliness of the villa to the incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality we received. The host was truly exceptional – super friendly, always responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay. From giving us great local recommendations to ensuring everything at the villa was spot on, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Even the caretaker was polite and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. I genuinely have no complaints at all – just a big THANK YOU to the host for making our short stay so memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

What an amazing stay! Very comfortable and cozy villa in a peaceful but well connected location in Benaulim. The property was clean, all listed amenities present and working well, kitchen was stocked with basics and had all required utensils. The community has a decent swimming pool and is a very quiet and secure society. Vinay was our host and he was excellent with his hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was unbelievably available to support 24x7! Very caring and mindful of customer needs. The location is great with some nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. in walkable distance. Definitely worth the price you pay :)

He went above and beyond by helping us plan our travel itinerary, making restaurant reservations, and regularly checking in to make sure we were doing well. His thoughtful touches and genuine care made our trip incredibly smooth and memorable. It's rare to find hosts who are this invested in their guests' experience. Nice stay and Sapana is very cool host

The place is very beautifully built and all amenities mentioned are available. The only issue I could think of is it is a bit hard to find the first time around. Nearby bakeries and eat out places are also good.

Its a nice peaceful place with nice backyard for bbq and chilling out, as well as sit out in front. Swiming pool is very close to the house. So when beaches are to sunny and hot, staying back and relaxing can be done.

i recently stayed at this property for 3 days during my visit to Goa. It was such a great experience that I’m definitely planning to stay here again next year—this time for at least a week! Highly recommended!"

The property is superb. It is so warm and welcoming you wouldn’t mind spending the whole trip in the property itself. The kitchen is well set, furnitures, carpets, beds, mattresses everything great!! The theme of the property is black/grey with minimal lighting that too yellow colored. Looks aesthetic 😀 Would be better if white lights be made available so that there would be enough brightness when required and the AC in the master bedroom is not sufficient enough to cool the room! But it’s manageable with the wall mounted fans. When i visited the property, there was Electricity cutout by the govt. Thus no appliances would function after the backup was run out of power. So incase of such issues, the power backup is limited for 4-5 hours. Overall the property is 10/10 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio apartment villa in Benaulim, South Goa. The location is absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach, which made mornings and sunsets truly magical. The space was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, ideal for a peaceful getaway. The villa had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and the quiet surroundings added to the relaxing vibe. It’s clear that the host has put a lot of thought into creating a welcoming and convenient space for guests. So we recently visited Reny's place with my wife the property was as it is as described... clean and accessible to all locations, Reny also helped me to find good restaurants and also helped me regarding lot of stuff. Host was very responsive and maintained the appartment. Nice to stay with family and friends.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.

This place is a gem! Beautifully maintained and our host was super attentive, regularly checking in on us. The cleanliness and location top-notch, with great restaurants and the beach just a short 5-minute walk away… inverter was a lifesaver given the electricity situation as it was raining super heavily.. I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. A cute little 1 BHK with everything you need. Brownie points for all the decoration. Located near colva beach and one could take a bike/ car to go to the nearby beaches easily.
