Great place. It's a bit quiet inside the society campus, which I liked. The beach is within walking distance, and the house has all the necessary amenities. I think a few more basic cooking utensils would have been better.

The stay is very spacious and the views are amazing. The caretaker is just 1 call away at any point, very prompt service and housekeeping was coming everyday

Neat and comfortable home with easy accessible to beach and other shops. The instructions were very clear and Mr Rohit gave the contact numbers for rent a vehicle which was very helpful. Kitchen is having kettle pop up toaster fridge and Microwave with essential utensils. We can stay here with homely feeling. Had a nice stay. Its a flat at 7th floor overlooking the sea. Views at both night and day from balcony is awesome. There is no kitchen but utensils, plates and refrigerator were provided. The staff was really friendly and communicated properly.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful property in South Goa! The place is super clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need to feel right at home. But what made the stay even more special was the host – such a lovely person! The way they talk, their behavior, and the way they helped and guided us throughout the trip was just awesome. I had a wonderful month-long stay at this Airbnb in Velsao, Cansaulim, South Goa, with my 80-year-old mother. At 56, I truly appreciated the peaceful setting, while my mother found it comfortable and relaxing. The location is fantastic—just a 1 km walk to a clean, serene beach, perfect for unwinding. The apartment is well-equipped, though the kitchen could use more storage for long stays. Our host, Mr. Savio, was exceptional—non-intrusive yet always available when needed. He promptly helped when we locked ourselves out and was incredibly gracious when we accidentally broke some crockery, refusing any compensation. Having a vehicle is advisable as the main market is a bit far. With its tranquility, comfort, and a fantastic host, this stay was an absolute delight. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful South Goa retreat!

I can’t express in words how beautiful and perfect the stay was. Firstly, it matched the description and pictures perfectly. As soon as we entered, all of us were in awe. Our caretaker Chandan was very sweet and welcoming. He offered cooking for us and I must tell you, what food he prepared! It was delicious. There are multiple great things about this BnB. The pool of course is the highlight. The space is huge and feels like luxury. I surely recommend this BnB to fellow travellers who like mix of home and luxury vibe. Easy location (central too!) Easy flexible check in. The COOLEST welcome- literally! The lights and AC had been turned on already to welcome us - what more could one ask for coming in from the sweltering heat of May! The place was love at first sight! Absolutely true to the pictures, in fact even better in person. Spotless. Tasteful decor, every piece seemed painstakingly handpicked. The room was super cozy. The washing machine and dryer were a big boon. The green and happy balcony one wouldn’t want to leave! The gym and pool upstairs were simply perfect to cool off in the evenings. Every little detail was taken care of and any help required was just a quick phone call away. Our 4 days there felt absolutely at home. And the temptation to extend the stay was real!!! it's good property and service but need to improve service part. If we need anything there is no one to call for and no direct contact point for service like housekeeping etc. room was very ventilated property with fridge, utensils, induction etc.

It's a perfect homestay for a family who is looking for peaceful and quite time with serene beaches just a few miles away. And special mention to the host Nilima Keni who showed genuine concern of our well being while we were there. Even suggested few hidden gem of places which we would have never figured on our own. And on the last day she suprised us with a beautiful souvenir in the apartment. I will definitely recommend it whoever is planning to visit South Goa

This is a gem of a find in the hustle and bustle of Benaulim..the apartment is in a clean and quiet complex. The apartment itself is well equipped and is as described. The terrace provides a fresh and cool environment to sit to have a morning coffee or an evening aperetif. The outlook is one of the best ones as the apartment overlooks the pool.Anand was super responsive, very helpful and resolved a couple of small issues very promptly. He was very flexible and communicated clearly and promptly. This apartment is one of the nicest ones that you will find. The apartment is cleaned regularly and the maid was friendly and helpful..We came to Goa on business and this was the perfect apartment to use as a base. it would have been equally suitable for a holiday too as it's so close to all amenities,the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. If you stay here definitely try the German bakery situated to the left of the apartment The sourdough bread is amazing. Also go for cocktails at BENO👍

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.
