Lovely place near the Betul beach. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The property faces Sal river and you can see the fishing boats moving around. There is sitting area on the balcony to sit and chill. The amenities provided makes you feel at home. Nima, our caretaker, was extremely cooperative and helpful. He made sure that the place is ready and upto date for us to live comfortably. Enough open space to play gully cricket 😅

Our stay at this holiday home( Casale Majorda) in South Goa was truly delightful! The spacious, well-maintained apartment felt like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, and cooking essentials) made meal prep easy, and the battery backup ensured uninterrupted power. The clean swimming pool and peaceful, secure environment made it an ideal retreat for families, couples, and solo travelers. Our host, Suneetha, and property assistant, Menin, provided excellent hospitality, ensuring a spotless and comfortable stay. Located near Majorda Beach, we loved our serene morning walks and the vibrant beach shacks offering Goan seafood and drinks. Pentagon Restaurant is a must-visit for amazing food. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting South Goa. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a fun beach holiday, this place offers the best of both worlds. I had a wonderful stay! The home is located in a calm and quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Spent an excellent vacation at this place with my family. Namita is a great host. Even though she does not stay at the location, she is always reachable through phone. It is very easy to communicate with her and resolve an issue in case you are facing any. I'd specially like to thank Kumar(caretaker)who helped us check in even though we reached the place after midnight. Now coming to the property, it boasts an excellent view of the mandovi river from the balcony. But what makes the property unique is its convenient location. It's located at a place which is not too close to the commercial beaches so that you face the continuous clamour of peak hour tourists, also it's not too far and you can reach the popular beaches of North Goa within 10-20 minutes. Moreover, it's equidistant from both the airports and reaching Panjim is just crossing the bridge visible from Balcony. So if you are looking to spend a peaceful holiday in North Goa, definitely consider staying here.

The stay was very good overall. had all amenities in kitchen, a big TV in the drawing room and a dry balcony with washing machine. The rooms were nice and clean. The host was very responsive, even late at night, waiting for us to check-in at 4am. Own parking space was a plus. There was an issue with bad water in the western commode due to some problem with society stp and repair could only be carried out after a few days. We had to use buckets for the 3 days instead of the flush. This is the only thing that was a problem and the host tried to resolve, even sending a plumber. But unfortunately, was something out of their control and was affecting all residents of the society. Apart from this, the stay was excellent. The location is good and there are shops outside the society at walkable distance for essential stuff. I would very much recommend staying here!

Siddesh, his team and Clemente are amazing people! Everything I read about the property is 100% true. The food is amazing. The stay is at an untouched location. They were generous to set up a candle night dinner at the beach. We are extremely happy and would recommend it to everyone!

This place for me is a 5/5 a must consider if u looking for a stay or even workation @ south goa the warmth offered by Sunil and others, the way they make u feel at home is a feeling like none other. this place is located so close to the beach, and very close to the bus stop @ canacona. they also offer amazing help wrt bike hire, laundry etc it's literally like staying with a group of friends very warm folks and a really charming stay waiting to be back der

Very lonely place. Neighbourhood is the work shop. Zomato finding difficult to reach. No near by restaurants. Home is very good with scenic beauty of lake.

Gerson was a really good host. Very helpful, cooperative and very friendly. He also guided us to a lot of places. He’ll pick your call even it’s 2 AM and any kind of issues you have, he’s there to help you out of that. Really looking forward to visit the place again and meet the owner. The place is really nice and cozy. We had a lovely stay of 4 nights and 5 days. It has lots of greenery and the mornings look beautiful. It is very near to the Palolem beach. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can order food from outside. The manager and the other staffs are very friendly and helpful. The ambience is very calm and serene. There is a good shopping lane outside the hotel, Palolem Beach is one of the best beaches in South Goa.
