If you are looking for a cozy place to stay, walking distance to the quiet, clean beach, then this is the place. Henderson was a very hospitable host who was flexible with our schedule and accommodating. The outdoor shower at the location was great so we didn’t track in a ton of sand. Would definitely stay again

The apartment is quite large and very well maintained, and is as described. The host has labeled every thing a guest would need to know, and all electrical equipment are fully functional, making the guests' life easy if they plan to prepare foods at home. With clothes dryer available for guest use, even long term stays will be a thing of ease. The beach had silver sands, quite a wide sandy area, and water is crystal clear. Its not a crowded beach and is so peaceful at all times. Beach is devoid of trash, and is so tidy and clean. Those that know how to swim in sea will find it very enjoyable and safe, as the seabed appears to slope down gently. There are few eateries here, that serve very nice food, located close to Villa. If you wish to spend good time on a quiet beach, you can head to this part of Goa, and have a wonderful stay at Garvit's place. If I visit South Goa again, I would certainly stay in his Villa.

Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

The villa was absolutely wonderful and matched the pictures perfectly. We were truly impressed by the hospitality. There was a dedicated person name (Nimbraj) available to prepare meals for us. whatever we requested, he kindly cooked with great care. His service was exceptional, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for more. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants just a 2–5 minute walk away, including Tomatos, Mikey’s, Palms and Sands, and Uptown where we dine-in all the restaurants Plus, the villa is very close to the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was the perfect place for our 4-day getaway. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this villa to anyone. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

We had a wonderful New year stay at Isabella. Wahid and his team were polite and responsive. They were always helpful. We were 17 of us and they took care of each one of us. They helped with the party decorations. I will probably return again since we have had a positive experience.

The property was absolutely lovely. The staff was great, they went out of their way to help us and prepare things for us. It was a bit far from the Dabolim airport but the staff was understanding of late arrivals, no problems with check-in, and the surrounding was like stepping in a film. The ambience, the backwaters, the lush greenery, the overall experience was fantastic. The staff there makes amazing Goan food also, so the overall experience was amazing.

Great stay. Rahul and his crew at the house were incredibly helpful and made our stay feel amazing and luxurious. There was a miscommunication about the use of extra beds in each of the bedrooms & personal use of the kithcen. Sanjay, the agent for this listing, did not clearly communicate these issues which could have been easily resolved stating them clearly in the AirBnB listing. Alternatively, the house staff and Sanjay could have clarified the rules with each other, rather than having the guest stuck in the middle of numerous miscommunications. Also, once we booked, the actual location of the house was was not revealed. We had to proactively reach out to Sanjay to receive the exact location. I use AirBnB everywhere in the world. The process could've have been smoother with better communication. These issues can be easily resolved when Sanjay has a better understanding of the property and its rules. Other than that it was an amazing stay and we would love to stay again in the future

My stay at Holiva by StayVista in Goa was an extraordinary experience! This luxurious 10BHK villa features a massive pool, a games room with a pool table, table tennis, carrom board, and a TV room—perfect for relaxation and fun. The spacious rooms felt like a 5-star hotel, and the stunning view of Siridao beach added to the charm. The living and dining areas were equally impressive, with a huge dining table ideal for large groups. The well-trained staff provided exceptional hospitality, serving delicious meals that elevated our stay. For a luxurious and memorable getaway in Goa, Holiva by StayVista is highly recommended!

If you’re looking to spend time in both north and south Goa the location of the villa is great. The views from most of the rooms is beautiful and the terraces are a great place to sit and soak in those views. The pool was clean but the pictures look better than the villa itself. The staff that were onsite were very helpful and unobtrusive. Overall a great experience.

I’ve stayed here four times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The photos don’t do it justice—the property is even more impressive in person. The architecture is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space. It’s always spotless, and the caretakers are incredibly helpful.

We’re Goans who chose this villa for our cousins get together and to say that we felt like home away from home is such a great feeling at this place. It is such a beautiful property, very aesthetic and very relaxing. A dream home indeed! Rohit and Deepak were extremely sweet and very humble too, they would not let us do anything, even wash a spoon or anything. The breakfast was good, the tea was even better. Everyone was very communicative, Myron and Omkar were very friendly and easy to communicate too.

This is a beautiful villa with helpful host. We felt right at home and had lot of space for our group with kids. This place is close to Candolim beach which is clean and has fun activities to do.

Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious,stressfree and relaxing experience away from home with family. It meets all your needs!! Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

Kirti's place was exactly what we needed for large group - very spacious, clean with beautiful surroudings and nice views from top floors, overlooking Mondavi River. Kirti was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions upfront. We mainly wanted to visit the Panjim and do some spiritual tourism, visiting multiple temples nearby and found perfect place in the middle. Kids loved the propery. Good privacy and space for everyone as it has multiple floors and bedrooms. Would recommend the property for anyone travelling in large group.

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Mario’s place was just what we needed and more for an early morning flight the next day. It was very homely, and the pool was such a great bonus. Instructions were clear and the place was spotless. We would definitely stay again!

we 13 members stayed in villa for 3 nights four days. really an awesome stay for bachelor's and family minimum 10 and maximum 14 members can accomodate and it's so comfortable and. indoor game foosball is one of the best thing and pool also good most recommended for bachelor's and breakfast really good compared to hotels in Goa, and all electronic items are in good working conditions worth for price and worth to stay really thanks❤️ for solitude villa for making our stay awesome 😎

We had a great time at the property, which was spotless and roomy. It was a great place to spend our holidays. Everything was as per the listing and at times even better. Staff was always courteous, helpful and responsive. PS: One drawback, and this is not on the property, is the location that is a bit out of the way. So ensure ready availability of transport if you choose to stay here.
