20 hours really felt too short—we wish it could be more! But other than that, everything went great, the place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth, and the check-in process was easy. We’d definitely love to come back hoping for a longer stay!

The biggest praise I can give Iris is how consistently helpful she was in our travel to and from Lucban. Even before we arrived, she had helped us with travel to Lucban from Manila, with information on a van service we would not have known about otherwise which saved us both time and money. She made a reservation on our behalf and was waiting at the property to welcome us. She (and her husband) provided us with a litany of local recommendations, so we ate very well in Lucban! Fresh water provided and arranged a refill service for when we ran low, and then was able to help us figure out partial transport for our onwards journey afterwards. Our time in Lucban would have been pleasureable regardless but Iris' hostessing elevated it immeasurably. If we ever make it back to Lucban someday we would not hesitate to book here again.

I never regret that we stayed at june’s place during the pahiyas festival. It is walking distance to the town plaza plus we had a parking space. Super good location and value for money. It seems like we stayed on a condo even though it is only their roof top. We stayed before with my family that’s why we came back. Perfect stay in lucban area. June is so accommodating. The house is in a private subdivision, and the neighborhood was peaceful throughout our stay. I woke up to sunlight streaming through the kitchen window. My child and I enjoyed the board games and the movie night we had in Netflix. The selection of snacks in the honesty store is enticing. The kitchen also has all the appliances you need and all are perfectly working-- the fridge is spacious, utensils and dinnerware, microwave, and electric kettle. Internet connection is good. Thank you for making our family vacation more relaxing and comfortable while we are far from home.
