Monthly Rentals in Mae Hia

The overall place is very comfortable and as clean as new. The furnishings and supplies have no strange odors. It’s very close to the airport, about a 15-minute drive to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the living environment is quite pleasant. The air conditioning is sufficient. The only downside is that the shower head has low water pressure, which may require a bit more time. When issues arose, the landlord responded quickly. They were able to resolve household problems on the same day, and I am very grateful for their service.

Big, three storey unit with three bedrooms. Located in an alley just off the Mae Hia market. It looks just like the photos, and the description is 100% accurate. A lot of space for a group of people or a family travelling together. The location is the best and worst thing about the unit. The market has a lot of stores and services, anything you could need is here. Very good location for ordering a Grab car / scooter, and close to many of the places one might want to go. However, it's also a busy active market, so there's a lot of noise during the day: roosters crowing, parking assistants whistling, cars honking, scooters motoring. There's also some noise bleeding in through the walls from the church and piano studios next door. However, this is never an issue at night and never affected sleeping. The kitchen is tiny, but that's typical in Thailand and the market is full of fresh food to order (especially on weekends). Overall, a good place for a large group doing a medium-length stay.

Nararat's place was a wonderful home away from home. She was very accommodating for my daughter providing a high chair, plates, silverware, and a sleeping cushion for her. This house is in a quiet neighborhood with easily accessible shops nearby to walk to for making meals at home. This accommodation served my family well as we spent our week in Chiang Mai. If my family goes back to Chiang Mai, I will be happy to book this house again.
