Perfect location for visiting Narni and the Nera Gorges both on foot and by mountain bike, as well as other places only half an hour away such as Rieti or the Marmore Falls. Quiet apartment and free parking in front. It's convenient to have breakfast in the area because there are bars and a pastry shop on foot, as well as various other shops.

Everything was perfect. Luca is an impeccable host and his home has no flaws. Only quality: 5 minutes walk from the central square of the village (but out of the hustle and bustle); a few minutes drive from the main natural attractions of the surroundings; parking nearby; spacious and air-conditioned rooms; ideal for children; large living room with parquet; an extraordinary restaurant a few steps away... and breathtaking landscape!

Very nice house with a beautiful panoramic terrace, inconvenient to reach if you travel by car but it is in the historic center, very flexible check-in which was helpful for us
