Excellent stay at Madonna delle Grazie from May 17 to 24, 2025. Site in the middle of nature with a view of the sea very close and access to the small beach on foot. Extremely peaceful, functional, well-equipped and very clean accommodation. Beautiful shaded terrace. Security at the entrance of the residential area. Quick access by car to Capoliveri for shopping. Many restaurants nearby, as well as sandy beaches. Lorena, our hostess, gets in touch with us very quickly. She is warm and very attentive to our wishes, and does so with complete discretion. So yes, our stay on the island of Elba was very successful and in line with our expectations. We can only recommend this place and will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The furnishings are very nice with stylish furniture, a large bathroom, the kitchen is small but everything you need is there with a modern induction stove and appliances. Apartment is ideal for couples. The highlight is definitely the garden where we spent a lot of time with large pine trees as a natural shade. Alessandra and her husband were very helpful. All in all, a super nice holiday...happy to come back.

We had a wonderful 9-day vacation in this apartment and had a really good time with four of us. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, making the stay very comfortable and carefree. The large garden with the possibility of barbecue was our corner of relaxation and outdoor fun. The area is quiet, perfect for those looking for peace and serenity, and the view is simply beautiful, a real spectacle for the eyes. Convenient parking has allowed us to move without stress. The owners were very kind and helpful, always ready to help us and give us advice. It is definitely a place that deserves to be visited and, without a doubt, a place to come back to! Highly recommended!

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in Capoliveri and we can only say: everything was perfect! The vacation home was a real marvel, with attention to every detail, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax and feel right at home. A special thank you to Gianfrancesco and Alessandra, two fantastic hosts: kind, helpful and super welcoming. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always attentive and present with discretion. It's rare to meet such genuine and warm people! The location of the house is excellent: quiet, immersed in the beauty of Elba but very convenient for reaching the center of Capoliveri and the most beautiful beaches in the area. A true oasis of peace! If you are looking for a holiday home on the Island of Elba that combines quality, tranquility and authentic hospitality, this is the right place.
