The cottage was as enchanting as promised. We loved the understated warmth and charm of this getaway. Arriving to a heated house, and other treats including a good bottle of shiraz was especially appreciated. We were so taken with this beautiful cottage that we booked it again almost straight away - and look forward to our return. Highly recommended :)

Mirrabooka is a beautiful and peaceful bush retreat, where one can relax and enjoy nature and the local wildlife. There is much to love if staying there and this is possible because of Nickys unique attention to details, ensuring every guest is catered to in a special way, from the well set up kitchen, the fridge full of local produce , some beer and many other delightful things throughout the little house, a comfy bed as well as a spa bath. One of our favourite AirBnB's to-date! Eddy's place is cosy, modern and cute to boot. It's a small space, but has everything you need to holiday comfortably and live self sufficiently. We especially loved the bed (on a level of its own, with fairy lights on the wall) and all the thoughtful additions such as games, filtered water, cereals, milks and snacks (unexpected and gratefully appreciated). The township of Macclesfield is just down the road (the general store does great coffee!), and McClaren Vale wine region is a hop skip and jump away. Eddy's AirBnB exceeded our expectations and we would stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks for the wonderful stay Eddy, and wishing you all the best.
