Just outside the chaos of the city, but also located in an area where you can walk to the beach, restaurants ,pharmacy and a short walk to several supermarkets , a local market (on Thursdays) with local products. The house is very comfortable,spacious, fenced, very clean,contains much more than necessary,the car parked next to the patio equipped for outdoor dining. What about the hosts?People always available even on requests that are not relevant to the stay, close and attentive to needs, kind and affectionate to the point of often leaving gifts in front of the entrance consisting of sweets of various kinds, fresh vegetables, and more, and these delicacies made and left with their hearts leave leaking as much passion they take to make the client find a friendly and serene climate. Sonia at our entrance first showed us the house,then all the wonders to see and visit nearby,leaving us detailed brochures. I'm sure we'll see you again.

We stayed in Alessandro's apartment the first week of September. What can I say!? Very cozy, large house, within a safe area, with private access to the beach. The sea is really close, which is very important to us having an 8-month-old baby. Terracina and San Felice Circeo are minutes away. Lastly, Alessandro is a super helpful person, attentive to the needs of his guests! Excellent tips on restaurants and attractions in the area. Thanks to Alessandro, we will definitely be back!

Beautiful view of the sea, including the Pontine Islands and Vesuvius. The terrace is spacious and very livable and the house is equipped with all comforts. We will definitely be back!!!

Paolo is a courteous, accurate and very helpful host. The accommodation is very nice, well-stocked (air conditioning, wifi, coffee maker and microwave). In addition, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of Terracina, as well as a 5-minute walk from the supermarket and the pharmacy, which makes the location really very convenient. Thanks again for everything, including allowing us to stay a few hours longer than the scheduled checkout time.
