Monthly Rentals in Mabalacat City

Really nice house and layout with secure parking. Felt safe on my first night in the Philippines. No street noise, no roosters, sleep as late as you want! Aircon in every room. Good shower. Great WIFI and nice TV. Was able to get work done on laptop in morning. Nice dining area. Stayed with 6: 2 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room. Gate to street closes at 9 PM, so you have to take different route through village to get to house if you return after 9 PM. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and beautifully designed with wood and black steel accents. The kitchen had everything we needed, plus a washer, dryer, and iron. Wi-Fi and Netflix were a nice bonus, and the beds were super comfortable. My daughter and family were amazed by how lovely the place was. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here. Angel, Mary’s sister, was very hospitable and she always checks in if we needed something else. She gives privacy to her guests as well. She’s a very nice person with a very trustworthy vibe. The place exactly looked like what is was in the photos. It was very clean when we arrived. It was very peaceful. Overall, our stay here was worth the money that we paid for. Thank you very much to Mary & Angel for making sure that we’d never feel that we are away from home.

The hosts were very responsive, I asked a question before I continued booking. I love that the surroundings were REALLY quiet and I know the place is safe because it’s in a subdivision. Their unit is clean and there are also provided towels, soap and shampoo. What really stood out is that I love how quiet the place is hehe. The aircon was really cold as well. One thing to note is for now there is no water heater installed, but water pressure is good!
