Jet’s place was spacious, clean, and cozy. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and was well-stocked with supplies such as water, kitchen equipment, and toiletries. Jeretth was also very responsive, especially with our queries about the Netflix log-in details and the extra bed we requested. We had a bit of trouble opening the smart lock at first, but that was more us being unfamiliar with it 😅. We’ll definitely choose this place again given the chance to travel to the area again. The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

We celebrated my Mom and Grandma's birthday here, and it was such a lovely experience! The place is peaceful, calming, and incredibly well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning was super cold—perfect for relaxing. Ms. Merlyn and Kuya Ivan were very accommodating and responsive to all my inquiries. As a sweet surprise, they even gave us some delicious baked goods before we checked out. It was a short but memorable staycation—definitely time well spent! I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to others!

Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!

Worth every penny, same as advertised, had a great stay. Host was responsibe to all of my queries. Definitely recommend.

My family and i had a very pleasant stay at Juli’s place. It was clean, well equipped, secured and as beautiful as the photos. Communication with Juli was very easy. The caretaker, Daisy, was very helpful theoughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the board games and the projector. Highly recommend this place when visiting Angeles.

The place looked exactly as advertised. The house is squeaky clean and very relaxing, highly recommended indeed. Perfect for family staycation. Location is great since it’s situated near famous restaurants. The kids soo loved the entertainment room and the pool. Spacious rooms each equipped with full bathroom, very convenient. Hope next time we could stay longer. Ms. Thet and Sir Aljay are very responsive, friendly and helpful.. We’ll definitely book again when we hit Pampanga.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay with Ms. Jona Mae. The place was very spacious and clean. The kitchen and the bathrooms are neat and tidy also. The staff were also very attentive to our needs, they actually exceeded out expectations. They were even so nice enough to grill our food for us! Def a good place to stay if you need some down away from the city :)

We stayed here for Aurora fest 2025, the place is great and spacious. The owner is kind and accommodating. We never had a problem during our stay. Everything that you might need in a house is in here. The place is quiet and relaxing. If you are to stay here, a car is a must. It’s quite far from the city but there’s an available convenience store thats kind of walking distance. Nonetheless, the place is amazing and so is the owner. Thank you, Sir Mark, for accommodating us even though we almost arrived at dawn. Godbless!

It was a great experience. If you want something quiet and just a chill place to go to, this is perfect. The hosts were so accommodating. They were responsive to our inquiries even after the booking just because we left something at the house. I'll definitely go back :)

We loved the place. Spent time with friends and family before our flight via Clark. Spacious and lots of room. Caretaker lived next door in the same compound so anything we needed was addressed right away. The internet was OK but wished it was a little faster/reliable. We enjoyed the bbq grill and dipping pool. Because we were out towards the mountains surrounded by a bunch of trees, it didn't really get hot which was refreshing. All the rroms were a/c as well.

We had a very pleasant stay. The amenities for cooking are complete and the space was very spacious. The location is very near the Koreatown so there's lots of options for dining. The unit was clean and there's bed enough for all of us we were able to sleep comfortably. The neighborhood is also very safe and peaceful. The location was easy to find. If given the chance to go to Pampanga again, I will book this place again.

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! We all enjoyed our stay in Raffy’s place. It’s very accessible being located only at the 4th floor, which means convenient if you’re coming with senior. The PS5 and the karaoke are definitely must have entertainment. The place is huge and clean plus pet friendly! The balcony is spacious enough for small gatherings and you can see the wave pool below. If you’re bringing a car, they also have a parking slot so no worries for private parking. It also has a seven eleven convenience store at the building. The host is also very responsive. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

The house was spacious and exactly like the pictures, with large rooms, sturdy beds, and three bathrooms—super convenient for our group. Greg and Irene, the caretakers, were very helpful and proactive, even offering to buy items from the sari-sari store. The WiFi was strong, and the fridge/freezer worked great for our needs. The kitchen island was a perfect spot for family meals and conversations. The dirty kitchen was well-equipped with a gas range and large rice cooker. The bathrooms had heaters, and there was a WiFi extender in the master bedroom. A few suggestions for improvement: adding hand soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, having Netflix on the TV, providing a printed WiFi password for the upstairs, and ensuring the remote has working batteries. We also didn’t get the exact address until 11 minutes past check-in, and the slippers policy was unusual—especially with marble floors and central AC. Overall, a great stay.

I and my husband and our fur baby had a remarkable stay and we highly recommend the place, especially for couples and small families looking for a serene getaway. The villa offers a generously sized private space that includes a private pool, perfect for leisurely dips. Additionally, the villa features its own carport, ensuring the safety and security of your vehicle throughout your stay. While the location is largely peaceful, potential guests should be aware of occasional karaoke from a neighboring villa and some road noise from loud vehicles. However, these minor disturbances hardly impacted the overall tranquility of the place. The villa came equipped with complete cookware and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, fishing at the pond was a particular treat, and much appreciation goes to Kuya for his patience and for making our fishing adventure memorable. Overall, it is a perfect retreat for those seeking peace in a private and luxurious setting.

It was race weekend for me and my friends so instead of driving to Pampanga early in the morning, we decided to book Gerald’s place for 2 nights to be closer to the race venue. The property was very neat and tidy. All the areas of the house were spotless and the amount of furnishings were just right to feel spacious and cozy. All appliances worked well from the air conditioning down to the water heaters. Will definitely consider staying here again.
