This townhome was absolutely perfect. It was spotless and had everything we needed. The deck was such a nice place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The first evening we watched a herd of elk from the deck. We are hoping to come back annually!

Zac and Lisa's place is a wonderful cabin! They were very responsive and friendly! The cabin matched the description 100%. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone who wants to take the family on a getaway!

The space was perfect for a family trip to the woods. Peaceful and comfortable. The pictures are great, but don’t do justice to all the magical little details of the house. The hot tub was relaxing and clean, we spent a lot of time relaxing on the deck. The hosts were kind and communicative.

This house is so beautiful and comfortable! We were in town for our son’s wedding and Stephen was very helpful. He gave recommendations and answered all my questions. We hosted an open house in the backyard and used the gas grill. There was lots of parking on the street for our many guests. Stephen even brought us a mason jar of sugar for our morning coffee the first morning. I couldn’t ask for a better spot for this special weekend. Thank you!

The property is well maintained and is furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Jim is a great host and very responsive and provides great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat in the area. We had mule deer, elk, and chipmunks near the house and even had a bear stop by in the middle of the night trying to get to the trash; however, the trash cans are bear proof! The family room was perfect for getting together after long days at the National Park. The location is in a quiet part of town but still close to everything. Will definitely be staying here again!!!

My family & I met here for Christmas. The home was so peaceful & quiet, although it was a bit hard to find the first time in the dark. It was worth it! The kids loved the hot tub, & the area had lots of fun things to explore! Thanks, Robert for your part in our great Christmas!

Janell was an incredible host and was extremely responsive, also being proactive. Our family loved spending time here together and what stood out were all the extras the home provided. The 'little extras' ended up to be a big help and were so appreciated. Thank you for this beautiful space.

Your home worked perfect for 3 of us, co workers. The basement is almost a full apartment of its own with the washer and dryer. The up stairs bath is connected to the a hallway and directlt to a bedroom with a lockable, sliding door.. Worked fine for us, but worth noting. We enjoyed the back deck, basketball hoop! Great home, great location! Thank you!

Luxuriously Appointed! Great open, easy, ranch layout smartly designed for guest comfort. I really appreciated the quality and comfort of the furnishings, much higher than most STRs. I slept like a rock in the comfortable bed. Every detail was attended to and the place very well organized. I would like to specifically thank the host for a) labeling the light switches and b) having enough faith in humanity to provided cast iron pans in your STR. It allowed me to make a lovely brunch skillet, just like at home. Rest assured I treated your seasoning with the same care and respect I do my own. :-)

This place was great! The mountain views were spectacular, and the house had everything we needed. We made great use of the sauna - got it up to almost 180 degrees! We had some complications during our stay, and the host was extremely accommodating. They handled everything professionally with responsive communication. Overall, we had an awesome trip. We'll be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin in Grand Lake, just minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. The cabin itself was spotless and well-equipped, with plenty of games and activities that kept our kids entertained throughout our stay. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. Our host was incredibly responsive and kind — especially when we ran into an unexpected flat tire. They were flexible and allowed us a late checkout so we could sort things out without stress, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this cabin for families or anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful mountain getaway with caring hosts and easy access to nature!

This house was a great landing spot for our family (3 adults and 2 children). A quiet neighborhood, lots of room to spread out, walkable to Walmart (which came in handy when we wanted to grab quick late-night groceries for breakfast after putting the kids to bed as soon as we arrived). You're definitely going to need a car for most activities, but that's to be expected when renting a place in the suburbs; worth it for us to have the space with kids. Very close to playgrounds and easy highway access for getting to other attractions.

Overall, this was a 5+ stay. From the very beginning, James was responsive and timely. We arrived to find the house spotless, well lit, music playing, and exactly as described/pictured…. Maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were spotless and ample, and the neighborhood was quiet. 25 is just behind, so there was some road noise at times, but it was minor and really only noticed it 1 night. The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of family and/or friends. We would love to stay there again.

One of the cleanest, most well-appointed Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. House was well-designed with thoughtful interior decor. Really liked the hygge theme of the house and how it all fit together. I can tell the hosts put a lot of time & energy into designing the concept. Great location, close to stores like HMart and Costco. Also close to the 36 Freeway. Worth every penny, and yes I would stay here again.

We had the best time!!! We travelled between Memorial Day and the beginning of June and Keystone was pretty well shut down which was slightly disappointing for our teen kids who were hoping to do some exploring. The house was so comfortable, everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We cooked great meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and we drove down to Breckenridge for restaurants and more of a vibe. Keith and Bruce were so kind and responsive. We’d love to come back to Keystone when there’s more happening!

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first! Quiet and cozy and the beds are just like sleeping at home. Highly recommend this location when needing a large home for a trip. Our two families of five each had a great vacation here. Each level has its own bathroom and living space and plenty of room for all your gear. It is easy to walk to the ski lifts and base area, or drive and drop off skiers in just a couple minutes. The property manager is very responsive and addresses any issues promptly.

I can’t say enough about our stay at Jill’s house in Northglen. We had 6 bedrooms with ample space for all of us. The house was clean and the hosts were responsive during our stay. The backyard, including the pool are 10/10. The house is also very close to restaurants, grocery, a movie theater, etc. Can’t go wrong with this house!

Place was great. Super clean. Beds were soft, however, all the beds are queen size. I prefer king beds. Queens are just too small for stomach sleepers!! Enjoyed everything else about the place. Thanks Stacy!!!

This place was amazing… clean, safe, and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go and everything we wanted to do! We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was perfect for our family of 8 including our 1 1/2 year old grandson. There was even a crib and a high chair for him which made things very easy! The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils… even extra spices, paper products, plasticware, and storage bags were available. It was a very functional kitchen/dining area. The living room was very comfortable and roomy. The office area was very large as well. Wifi worked seamlessly. The beds were ALL extremely comfortable. There was also no clutter in the house at all. My grown 20-something kids enjoyed soaking in the hot tub every night after hiking all day and said it incredibly clean and relaxing. There were also plenty of extra towels available for the kitchen and for the bathrooms. I can not say enough good things about this home…best air bnb we have ever stayed in by far!

Very nice house, the master bedroom is huge, having 3 full baths on a vacation was great!

Our family really enjoyed every element of our stay. All the facilities were just as, if not better than, described: the work-from-home amenities; the kids’ entertainment areas; the backyard bbq; and the neighborhood pool. The house was conveniently located in a beautiful neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. Roberta and Rod gave us clear check-in instructions and the couple of questions we had were quickly answered. We strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a worry-free stay that needs to comfortably balance work and quality family time.
