Tiny house holiday rentals in Lyons

We loved it! Chris and Liz were fantastic host and seeing Rosco every morning was the highlight. We look forward to going back.

Staying in the cabin was very nice. The hot tub was delightful and we used it both evenings. The lake and the restaurants were very close by. We walked to Adams Falls from our cabin and that was a nice hike as well. We might have to go back and check it out again in the winter. And we had a delightful chat with Tash just before leaving.

Location was excellent, located between park entrance and town. This cabin is tucked away a bit. Great views of the mountains and the nearby river. We enjoyed coffee on the rocks. I would caution folks to watch their hands on the front door, there are pinch points. Stove may be unplugged. We called maintenance when it didn’t work, it was just unplugged. Nothing fancy but clean and adequate. Loved our stay , would return.

This cabin exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by an impeccably clean space, thoughtfully stocked with numerous amenities including a full set of dishes, an iron, makeup wipes, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The view was truly exceptional—we were delighted to wake up each morning to elk grazing just outside, along with sightings of other wildlife. The setting was remarkably peaceful, free from the noise of traffic or loud music. Its proximity to the Stanley Hotel and downtown ensured easy access to dining options and local attractions. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing greatly to the overall positive experience.

Cozy and comfortable

It’s a tiny home, but everything is well done in it. The instruments were a nice touch, with lots of sheet music in the house if you’re interested. The lighting is great, with some creative fixtures and adjustable brightness. Make sure to take a look at the instructions to find the house, because it’s not visible from the road. Great place!

Great tiny cabin for one or two people! It was small and adorable and location was great! Close to an awesome coffee shop and cafes. Right by RMNP. Bathroom would be difficult to deal with if you are not a small person. Lots of wildlife and elk right out side my door! Loved my stay!

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding and could not have been more pleased. Everything was perfect. The setting, the cleanliness, the attention to detail (those heated floors are the BOMB). Absolute perfection.

Perfect spot for a quick stay while traveling through Colorado. Clean, very well stocked, and easily walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and retail. Jon and Randi were very easy to communicate with, and provided great local recommendations. Would 100% stay again!

Nick and Mandy were fantastic hosts! Nick was very friendly and communicative and even helped me with my heavy suitcase when I arrived! This place was awesome and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay, including a super comfy bed. I love that Nick and Mandy provided clear instructions with pictures showing how to check in and use items in the space. This place was located in a central location in Denver where it was super easy to drive to all of the places I wanted to go. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to Denver and I would definitely stay here again!

Yvonne was an amazing host! Yes she had a few rules but trust me they are in place for a reason! Cabin was so cozy and clean. We would stay again 100%.

Traci was a great host and gave plenty of good food recs! The space is pretty small but perfect if you plan on being out most of the day anyway. It was also clean and easy to access. The neighborhood is gorgeous and there’s plenty to do right within walking and biking distance, all while not feeling dense and loud like downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved how close it was to everything in Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP. It’s ideal location wise. The cabin is smaller than it appears in the photos, but it’s very quaint and cozy and perfect for a couple. The hot tub was wonderful and we made sure to utilize it during various parts of our stay thanks to it being in the shade a majority of the day. Gorgeous natural lighting in the cabin via skylights, but be sure to bring an eye mask if you want to sleep in. We were very pleased with our stay!!

Clean and very well situated. Very close to great coffee places, restaurants and short distance to the Rocky Mountain park entrances. Recommend visiting Estes Park. The hosted Darrell and Sara are very responsive.

We needed a relatively central place to stay to free up room in our own home nearby to welcome guests from out of state. What a little gem this was for our little family of three! The kitchen is amply stocked to prepare meals, the place is spotless, the beds very comfortable, the WiFi fast for work, extremely quiet/private, and our favorite part, the backyard oasis with shaded loungers, stone paths, flowers and greenery, and a beautiful pond filled with gorgeous Koi eager for daily feedings (so fun for our kid). We walked to the nearby park quite a lot, and across the road to say hello to the neighbor's goats, too. It was a special time despite only being there to continue our normal Denver area day-to-day stuff... thank you Heather! <3 Em, Chris, Milo

Carol's Tiny Home was a very charming place to stay while in CO. Soooo much nicer than staying in a hotel. The proximity to the center of Louisville was a huge bonus.

Great option if you wanna be located in a nice safe neighborhood ~10 minutes from Denver downtown! Dempsey was super helpful when needed! Highly recommend

Mary and Seth are terrific hosts. Super helpful in EVERY respect. Felt like home. The Casita is situated in an oasis of a setting, with lounge chairs and tables surrounded by flowers under the shade of a big pine tree. The kitchen was outfitted with every thing you need to cook light meals, the lounge area is so cozy and I slept though the night for two of our four nights we were there, which tells you about the bed (I haven’t slept through the night for five years!). We can’t not recommend Mary and Seth’s place high enough. Hint- rent some of those little battery powered scooters, they will take you anywhere you would like to go in central Denver.

This was my first tiny home experience. Everything fit and felt right. Name brand appliances, the most comfortable couch ever, lovely side patio. Neighborhood was quiet and close to a park. Would stay here again - no question! Great hosts. Helpful and kind.

This place was wonderful! Very clean, beautiful neighborhood, and a very kind and responsive host! Any questions i had were answered within minutes after checkin, and all the instructions were very clear. I loved this place, especially for the price!

This is probably the best AirB&B I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The house was clean and comfortable and immaculately decorated. It was absolutely perfect for curling up and reading a great book. The location was also perfect. A quick uber ride to bars and restaurants and the Botanic Gardens. Jarrod was the sweetest, most responsive host who made our stay as easy as can be. If you’re on the fence about this place, don’t be. Book it!

Pearl Alley is amazing! So quiet and quaint. It's big enough for the two of us and our smallest dog. Quiet as can be! Comfy bed, nice shower. Great appliances. Tons of games and a cute patio...420 friendly patio! That was great! Overall I have zero complaints and I can't wait to stay again. Steph and the other hosts are always so supportive and helpful. They respond immediately! Super easy to find. Great location. You can walk everywhere. It reminds me of a little cozy mountain town.
