Monthly Rentals in Lyon County

This place feels like it was designed to be an affordable & very clean Airbnb. From the well-placed wall outlets, floor plan, easy to maintain, to the essential amenities. My spouse did appreciate the house is navigable by wheelchair. With no steps to gain access to the front door. The shower has a low stepover ledge with a small built-in seat for those with limited mobility. Very comfortable beds & the essential bedroom dressers for long stays. Never heard a noise outside except for thunderstorms & hail.

We were driving home from our annual family vacation in Surfside, Tx. We live in Iowa, so it’s quite a drive! We initially thought we would do the whole drive home, but decided against it about 8 pm after driving since 9 am and many hours to go! Paul responded to our last minute request and was so genuinely kind, he called me and we had a nice chat and he had everything ready for us when we arrived a few hours later! We loved the unique set up, and everything felt comfortable. My whole family, dogs included had a very comfortable night stay. The area around was all cool to check out, lots of fun stuff very close by. We spelt very well, and enjoyed our short stay. We were grateful for Paul’s swift response and welcoming!!! Our family talked about using this as our halfway point of stopping again! Simple, cool, cozy vibe. Thanks, Paul!!

This was the 4th time I’ve stayed in Laura’s house. It is extremely clean and in a beautiful location. The beds are comfortable and Laura’s great at communicating.
