Lucas is such a special place, and Mary Ann's house is in keeping with the area and its history. The wide assortment of photographs in the house really added to the experience. A short walk takes you to all the sights, and it was lovely to see all the flowers in bloom at the house and throughout the neighborhood. Lucas is a one of a kind place, and we enjoyed all the connections that Mary Ann has to the house and the town.

This is a PERFECT rental! I stayed for a month and I loved loved loved this place. Dakota was fast to respond and I truly appreciate her wonderful hospitality. The place is so uniquely decorated and it’s got some cool stuff. Lots of games and an antique Atari. It was so nice and I am glad to have found such a great place to stay. It is well lit and everything works. Good water pressure. This was a FABULOUS FIND! Highly recommended!!

We had a wonderful stay, everything was as described and very easy to check in! They were very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the chickens and other animals, and loved their land. Overall very spacious, convenient, and peaceful.
