Another Quality Home Spot Retreat! Completely updated and newly furnished ranch home in an established tree-lined neighborhood. Short walk to the local Farmers Market, restaurants, sports bars, bakeries, coffee shop, liquor store & more. Many delivery choices. Just park at the front door and walk inside. CLEANING UPDATE - Hard surfaces are cleaned with antibacterial cleaner. Commercially laundered towels & linens. Home is sanitized with UV ( like hospitals) and ozone.
“Steve's place is great. If you're considering booking, do it! The space is amazing. Both bedrooms are large and spacious with super comfortable beds. We slept like babies every night. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower got HOT! Loved the games and how well stocked the house was! The cleanliness was also immaculate. Kitchen and living room/bedroom appliances are very modern but easy to use! The entire house was super clean and with so much space, you won't find yourself cramped at any point! The menus and local tips really helped to seal the deal and we loved the quiet neighborhood!”

Centrally Located convenient to the Plaza/Midtown area, Power and Light District or enjoy the Quaint downtown Overland Park area. Ikea is only a short 5 min drive, we are close to everything! Nice, Safe Neighborhood. Park like setting backyard with walking trail next to house.
“We love this house so much!! What a gem. We BBQ’d every night on the grill, the backyard is huge and my daughter had a great time running around and exploring. We saw a TON of bunnies throughout the day, chipmunks, and fireflies every night. I will definitely be back to this little house when we come back to the area. Extremely safe neighborhood with quiet neighbors!! Thanks again for everything!”
This is a large bedroom with a queen size bed and a crib (if you need it). Nice bedding, a rocker and a large closet with plenty of room if you need. With its own bathroom in room.
“Just as nice as any popular hotel suite with the feel and comfort of a family nearby. LOVELY neighborhood full of kind people and lots of big glorious trees. AND THAT BED was everything you could hope for 5 ⭐️ X1,000,000! Wish the lighting in my bathroom was like yours... doing my makeup everyday would be a lot easier. The coffee maker in the room was a perfect morning GET UP AND GO kick. Kitties were cute and soft! I can’t even begin to tell you all how wonderful Trenton and Nicole were. Helpful with location and with getting settled in. I felt blessed to be welcomed into their home on my travels. If you want comfort, relaxation, and kindness... look no further.
