Holiday rentals with lake access in Ludington

We loved staying here! The place was cozy and peaceful and we felt at home right away. The area was quiet with very few neighbors. Sarah thought of everything, including food/water bowls and treats for our pup! The highlight was the fully stocked kitchen - we cooked most meals during our stay and whenever we realized we forgot something, it seemed to magically appear in a kitchen drawer. We would love to return next time we take a trip to the area!

My family and I selected Ellie’s house for fall break. We were seeking a destination that would help us recharge, relax and recoup. The setting of this home is so beautiful and relaxing. The back patio is perched above the picturesque Lake Hamlin. The house is equipped with many windows to help you enjoy the view from inside as well. We found just what we were looking for. I must give Ellie the highest compliment possible for her care, responsiveness, and friendliness. We had all needs met and she communicated very well before and during our stay. We would like to come back again someday! My family gives this home a 5/5.

What a great place! We went at the end of March which is off season and is questionable weather for Michigan, though nothing was questionable in our stay. The house is very comfortable and welcoming and has had wonderful renovations. Location is perfect, and you can see Lake MIchigan, the beach, pier and lighthouse from the house. The amenities are ideal with a nicely stocked kitchen, and plenty of sitting areas to accommodate all our guest while still having private and quiet sleeping areas. A fantastic place to gather Family and/or Friends. Thank you

The location was amazing! So great to be a stones throw away from the beach and the beautiful sunsets over the lake! Greatly appreciate that the kitchen was stocked. The room with the bunk beds and kids play area was amazing for the littles! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great last minute one night stay. Wish we could have stayed a bit longer. The lake is peaceful and stunning. Kayaking at sunset was the highlight of our overnight stay. We really appreciated the pellet grill. Our dogs loved the yard and hanging on the dock. The cabin was cozy, clean and we felt right at home. Would love to come back in the future for a longer stay! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Angela’s property. So many beautiful plants and everything was so clean and well maintained outside. A real oasis. The room was very clean and the linens smelled so good. I am a germaphobe and I never felt uncomfortable staying there. It was near so many attractions while also being very private and peaceful —we spent every evening sitting on the beach just taking it all in. Can’t recommend enough!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our getaway on Stevens Lake. The setting of this house is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. We loved listening to the loon on the lake and our son had a great time down by the lake. The house itself was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. We arrived late at night on a foggy night, but Jane's directions were perfectly clear so we had no trouble locating this out of the way spot. Would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at jeffrey’s place! From the pictures, we were expecting it to be great but it exceeded our high expectations! The location is perfect for exploring traverse city. The decor is elevated and the space was more than sufficient for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds felt high-end. It’s not often when all bedrooms have a king bed! We were thrilled. Would highly recommend!

Location was perfect for all of the up north adventures like sleeping bear dunes, Leelanau Peninsula, hiking, golfing, and of course Lake Michigan. This spot was a perfect quiet retreat at the end of the busy days, and had stunning views! I would happily stay here again.

We had a great time in Traverse City, and Jeffrey’s place proved the ideal home base. It was spacious, comfortable, and located in the heart of the action. Too, Jeffrey was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great stay all around.

We were in town for the Bayshore Marathon, and this was a great spot! Views of the Bay, walkable to downtown TC. Quiet street. Comfy and clean space. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

This was a great find for us. Right across from a dog park, right near downtown, kitty corner from Tilley's Party store, next to the Dairy Lodge soft serve place, easy to walk or drive downtown, across the street from one of the oldest taverns in the state, parking for one vehicle onsite. The space itself is compact but more than adequate, compatible to a hotel one bedroom suite with full size kitchen. Karla is a good communicator and easy going. the place was clean and ready to go. Super comfy bed and great shower.

Great Place for a fall long weekend getaway! We enjoyed the ease of access to surrounding activities, beautiful views and advertised amenities. The place worked great for cooking in or outdoors and keeping two children entertained. Trips to dunes for hiking or motorsport, bigger cities for restaurants or shopping and parks for sightseeing and recreation are all available from this cottage. The place was well stocked with towels, bedding and cooking utensils. Some water and ice are also provided. I ended up needing to work a bit during the stay, the wifi was great for this. A note that lake front property is prime real-estate so neighbors are close by. While quiet and nice, having neighbors close by may not be everyone's cup of tea. Overall a great place to stay, would be interested in coming back for longer during the summer in the future.

Had a great Memorial Day Weekend trip here! The cottage feels like stepping back in time in the best way possible. Our daughter enjoyed the VHS collection, box of toys, and the old-school high chair. Plenty of ways available to enjoy the outdoor space (boats, fire pit, grill), and endless outdoor activities in the area (we enjoyed a couple of easy hikes and a relaxing beach day). Ericka is a great communicator and was very kind and welcoming, as were the neighbors that we interacted with. We would absolutely recommend this place, and hope to visit again someday!

What a great stay! I love an A frame and this house was perfect. It was well stocked - even had plenty of wood for the fire pit. The s'mores welcome kit was perfect. I will say that if you have a hard time with stairs then this house probably isn't for you because the bedrooms are upstairs and the bathroom is downstairs but Carrie has several other homes to choose from. It really is peaceful. There are neighbors but they are quiet and we only saw one set of neighbors the three days we were there. The dirt roads to the house weren't bad either. I will stay here again and highly recommend it to friends and family. Actually am seriously considering taking my 3 college age daughters for a girls' weekend.

We had a great stay. The location and view of the lake was perfect and cozy. The cabin was beautiful and clean. I also appreciated the updated bathroom.

Lisa's place is beautiful with a great private location. We loved seeing the wildlife in the yard. The place was so clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Lisa responds promptly if u have any questions. I would highly recommend this place.

this place was a perfect little cottage! It was very peaceful and friendly neighbors! I loved sitting on the front porch and enjoy the weather and just relax! It was exactly what I needed!

My two adult sons and I spent four nights at the cottage. We had the use of all beach and water craft. Fishing was great. Would stay there again.
